Excellent - Bought two pairs of boots - as described, well packaged and cheapest around! The only negative is that I didn’t recieve any tracking info, or dispatch email which would have been helpful, but I’ve given 5* as customer service was efficient at getting back to me.

First time I have used this site and everything was excellent. Item was as described and of a good quality, Ordering was easy. Quick and efficient delivery. A good all-round experience that I am likely to use again. Thanks Guys.

Looks like for the first time I have hiking shoes exactly true to my size thanks to UniformStores extensive stock and competitive prices. The only complaint I may have is order tracking. Didn't know what's going on since payment confirmation till courier knocking on my door.

I've bought a few things now from Uniformstores. Never had an issue, always delivered on time.

Well it seems that sadly this company are now having a third bad review for the exact same reasons as the last.
Had email confirmation of order received, advising 3-4 working days for dispatch. Day 3 they hadn’t come so I emailed and sent an instagram message and left a voicemail, to be told *the items are with Royal Mail and should be with you soon*
Twice They promised to send a tracking link but failed to do so, waited and day 4 came and went with with no delivery.
I have since left a further voicemail (it seems these people do not like answering their phones) and have emailed twice and sent another instagram message but they are simply ignoring us.
I’ve just asked for honesty are they dispatching or not.
I will have to activate a visa charge back today if they don’t respond, very sad 😔

Ordered a pair of boots, got an email to say order received, no boots arrived by the end of 4 working days, I sent an email to chase it up and had no reply, and nobody is answering the telephone, at the moment I am £160 down and have not received my items, awful service and awaiting some answers.....

product description spot on,as when recieved my 2 pairs of combats they were spot on with fit ect.Also customer service superb,i spoke with tim and he was fantastic.WILL defo use again and also told freinds aswell.Spot on keep up the good work

I have used this store twice now,and found both the online ordering and service excellent.
I enjoy camping and will be replacing some of my kit with items from this store in the near future.

Ordered some boots, received email confirmation that order would be dispatched in 2-4 working days. No other email was received, so contacted the company after 5 working days. Tbf they got back to me quickly, stating the boots had been dispatched (although I didn’t receive any confirmation of this), and “there hasn’t been much movement on the tracking” (whatever this means. They said they’d send another pair (who knows what happened to the first pair, I doubt they were ever sent out). Then got another email, saying the replacement pair were damaged & couldn’t be sent out. They did process the refund quite quickly however. I won’t be using them again.
