Horrible Customer Service and Order Handling
Zero stars. I placed an order in December 2025. I was informed at the end of the day on a Friday in late February 2026 that my items were on backorder. I was given 48 hours to respond with a replacement. I responded Monday morning (next business day) with an alternative option. Then I was told my order shipped out anyway. I asked what was shipped and was told one jacket out of seven. I was charged for the entire order - over $400. I reached out to request a refund for the jackets not shipped. I was told no refund and that most of my order shipped. I am left with more questions than answers. The customer service is horrendous. I have no idea what I paid for or will receive. I will not be using Uniform Advantage ever again. What an awful experience.

Worst and cheap products you could ever find their customer service is awful also. A bunch of liars dont meet deadlines made me wait almost 2 months for my order just to mess up the logo and everything. The fabric and everything was cheap. AVOID!!!
