Unified Payroll has been a reliable service for many of my transactions. Despite some initial issues, they have shown improvements, especially with the speed and efficiency of processing payments. Communication through text and email keeps you updated, which is reassuring. After speaking with Joanne, I appreciate the assistance they provided during my transition. There is room for improvement, particularly with ensuring their phone lines are operational and addressing any lingering issues promptly. Overall, Unified Payroll is a company I would consider recommending due to their consistent efforts. 4 stars.

I still have my holiday money with unified and their phonelines aren't working. The just stopped existing after the "reported having a security breach at their bank". Terrible lies, its past six months now and this should have been rectified.

For anyone who hasn't been paid for a job yet, you can join a different umbrella company and submit your timesheet there to get processed and paid.

What an absolute scam making out bank investigation whilst running off with hard working peoples money put them in all sorts of financial difficulties all the Time knowing they were going into liquidation someone with any ounce of decency needs to be held responsible and give the money back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID they are scammers they have been sending emails saying they are having problems with their bank so they can’t pay since the 16th of September, now the have gone quiet and not even answering their phones

Avoid this company at all cost they have practically stollen peoples money and they have been lying it’s a security issue with Barclays Bank they were sending patronising emails everyday for about two weeks saying they will pay our money soon but even those emails have stopped!!they are scammers!!AVOID!!

Absolutely shabby company.
Poor communication. Essentially they have stolen our money.
I would encourage taking the matter to Acas, in order to address this.

My agency has just told me Unified Payroll has gone bust. That's robbery, why continue accepting people's wages and salaries when you know your company is failing.

This umbrella company is a complete scam! They have held my Money for over 2 weeks claiming they have an issue with Barclays Bank. The agency to have paid them yet wenzel sends patronising emails daily like we are mediocres! I need my money 2 weeks ago! I’m fed up of this nonsense! It’s all the government’s fault adding these fraudulent middlemen!!!

Biggest scammers. Please stay away from them. You will work and they will not pay you. They don’t answer their phones and they will use the same excuse technical problems and they will never rectify it. Very bad communication I’m so much disgusted with their service

They claim to have had a problem with the bank. What company does not have a contingency plan for such situations. Bad communication. The owner has not even said anything he keeps sending the poor assistants and receptions to face the people. Direct debits are bouncing. Beneficiaries are being let down. People going into depression. I just spoke to my colleague she is not in a good space. Worried for her life. I’m also not happy at all. Not in a good space as well.

I was supposed to receive my pay Tuesday and was only told that they are having 'technical issues' after my pay was due, even though the problems started the previous Friday. Trying to get any details about the 'technical' problem has been useless and deeply frustrating. The uncertainty of not getting paid on top of an already stressful job has been really difficult

Have not been paid for past two weeks, some weird excuse about server error with Barclays, they won't say what exactly. My agency admits it's all very strange, hope they are not going to run with all the money that they currently hold.

This company will hold you hostage against your money. All lies about bank systems not working apparently. Probably pay themselves with your money. They will not answer your calls. Avoid AT ALL cost !!

Supposed to be paid Friday, still not been paid, apparently a bank security threat, nothing on Google anywhere, nobody answers phone, stolen money essentially. Avoid at all cost!!

Very bad communication with this company work with an agency haven’t gotten pay for 3 days now communication came out at 16:00 when you should have already received your salary.
