Good quality blinds and good price, wrong parts and still waiting…..
Good quality blinds and good price but unable to fit due to wrong parts. I fitted 3 out if 4 blinds the day they arrived but as I opened the fixings pack for the 4th and last bifold window they turned out to be the wrong parts. I contacted customer service and they said they will get the warehouse to post out new parts that same day and takes 3-5 days to arrive (a bit frustrating as it was the factory’s fault in first place and why not send next day delivery). We are now on day 6 and still no parts. We are currently left with bifold doors unfinished and looking odd with only 3/4 blinds fitted because of the wrongs parts supplied

There are better suppliers out there - do not buy from Unbeatable
I accidentally clicked on Unbeatable Blinds having searched for Blinds2Go.
I went ahead and unwittingly ordered from Unbeatable and really regret it. The website says a 4-5 day lead in one place but when I queried where the blinds were they referred me to other small print that said 14-21 days.
Customer service is supercilious- verging on rude and very unhelpful. I am still waiting for the blinds so cannot comment on quality. They are a lot more expensive than Blinds2Go so i think calling themselves unbeatable is ridiculous! I will not use them again.

I purchased my first order of vertical…
I purchased my first order of vertical blinds when I moved into my current home nearly four years ago.
Having browsed the Internet I came across Unbeatable Blinds. They have a huge range of window dressing at very reasonable prices.
White vertical blinds was my final choice.
Ordering using the website was easy once I'd decided what window position I wanted the blinds to hang.
On receiving my order, I was very impressed by the speed in which they were delivered, aswell as the quality of the blinds,
My initial order included everything you need. The runners, weights, connecting chains. The inclosed hanging instructions were easy to follow.
Having recently discovered Unbeatable Blinds were having a sale of their blinds, I decided to order new vertical panels to replace the ones I currently have when I spring clean next year.
One of my neighbours, who is a long time friend was so impressed with my blinds, that she decided to order vertical blinds for her home.
Would I recommend Unbeatable Blinds? I certainly would and do so already.
Unbeatable Blinds kept me informed about my order/s regarding delivery via email. Which was welcome information.
