We can see that your blind was ordered as a recess fit. For recess fit blinds, we automatically make a 12mm deduction from the width to ensure the blind fits comfortably within the window recess.
We have not received any contact regarding a sizing issue, but if you believe there is a problem with the measurements or fit, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will be happy to investigate further and assist.

Replacement for mistake on manufacture
I have used Unbeatable Blinds many many times and never had any problems. On my last order for replacement slats I had one slat that was too short and had a piece stitched on. Phoned and spoke with Gemma and she was so apologetic and very helpful. I sent her photos as requested and she got a replacement sorted. Its nice to actually speak to a human. Will still continue using Unbeatable blinds.

I’ve just received my 8th blind! These blinds are the absolute best they are so beautifully made and packed to perfection for there journey with the carrier. Looking at ordering my 9th soon, as I’m such a good customer an extra discount will be welcome 🙏.
Please do not hesitate to order from amazing company, so quick with the orders too. My only minor criticism would be that upon dispatch there is no notification that comes forward to let the customer know that the blinds are on there way, I feel this needs to be looked into please.

Great blinds, great quality. Just not very good with information regarding delivery. Ordered blinds for the whole house turned up out of the blue on three different days. A little heads up before they turn up at your door would be good. Other than that no complaints.
