I was very happy with the services provided by Salman, he didn't put any pressure on me and was flexible to make any tweaks. Alhamdulillah it's my 5th time going on umrah and first time going with Umrah Express, Alhamdulillah me and my family did our umrah with so much ease and comfort. Brother Ahmad was on call 24/7 he picked great hotels for me and my family. Everything was on point and on time, and the package was very reasonably priced. Our hotels included breakfast which was very helpful. I would recommend everyone to book with Umrah Express you will get the best service possible.

Exceptional service received
My mother and I booked our Umrah package with Salman brother. He was very professional and helpful from initial query and all throughout. He even checked-in regularly that everything was going smoothly when we were in Saudi Arabia. He responded to our queries promptly when we contacted him from Saudi.
In short, Salman brother delivered an exceptional service which is really appreciated. We will be using his service again In Sha Allah. We have already referred relatives to Salman brother.

We recently completed our Umrah trip with the help of Umra Express, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. A special thank you goes to our t agent, Ahmed, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Traveling with elderly parents can be challenging, but Ahmed was incredibly understanding and accommodating of all our needs. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. From the booking process to the final moments of our journey, he was always available, approachable, and in constant communication with us whenever we had any questions or concerns.
Thanks to Ahmed’s efforts, we even received a room upgrade and complimentary treats from the Hilton Hotel – a gesture that added such a special touch to our stay.
Ahmed is truly in the right profession. His compassion, professionalism, and dedication shine through in every aspect of his work. We are so grateful to have had him as our agent he made our Umrah journey one to remember for all the right reasons.
