I purchased a Glock 17 blowback which I could hardly distinguish from my real firearm. It looks and feels the same but for a few things like the safety on the Umarex model. I liked it so much, that I bought a Luger blowback. I love that one, too. So much so that I bought the standard Luger recently. These air guns are scary realistic. They come with a warning not to take them out in public which is a good suggestion.

The guns are high quality especially the legends mp40. The slide on the Walthers ppq is loose though and rattles both up and down and side to side unfortunately.. but is still really fun to shoot so decided to keep it.

Never worth the money I just used a very few times now every where shaking, low quality

best quality air guns on the market. had to call customer care with a question and spoke to real person right away. after my first purchase i knew this was a company to stick with and bought four more airguns in the last few months from them, all good quality and perform or in some cases over perform my expectations

The Umerex Komplete is a fun and very useful tool. Use for fun or pest control either way is a very effective tool ,Not a Toy. Use with Caution Please.
The package includes a Nice Cheap but sufficient Scope. The only downside of it, is The Cylinders Price, is Too expensive and Doesn't give you many shots as advertised, one only gets between 22/25 good shots before it's starts loosing power Not 30 or 32 shots as advertised. It can be a very expensive hobby at 12/13 dollars a piece. The Bulk price should be Lower than Retail , just a suggestion. Make it more affordable. Not sure why Air is soo Expensive, Is it really Nitrogen 🤔???. I think air shouldn't cost that much. For those who are looking into buying one I personally suggest buying an adapter with a 4500 psi air cylinder, shop around do your homework. It pays itself at the End. But the gun it's a 10.

One is Not enough. Im sure they are dirty cheap for you guys.

Ordered a Glock 19X BB gun, CO₂ cartridges, BBs, and oil directly from Umarex. The outer box looked fine, but inside was poorly packed—CO₂ cartridges were loose with destroyed packaging, and the gun packaging was opened/damaged on arrival.

This points to a clear internal packing failure, not shipping damage.

Customer service required me to return everything and wait weeks for a resolution rather than offering a straightforward replacement or refund upfront. The process was slow, inconvenient, and entirely pushed onto the customer, with no goodwill gesture or accountability.

In situations like this, many retailers typically offer some form of goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. That was not the case here.

The refund was eventually processed, but only after multiple follow-ups and calls.

For a company selling products that require careful handling, both the packaging standards and customer experience fell short.

Would not order directly again.
