I bought a lot of clothes on this sites, always taking advantage of the discounts, because the price are very high.
My latest purchase was on December 8, i only bought a t-shirt with a discount, so i just spent 20€ with shipping...to date i have no info about it, they said they were having delays, but after a month they continue to say that it will be shipped as soon as possible.
So, probably if you spend little money, they don't even bother sending your stuff.
It's really a shame, even because the clothes i bought in the past are cool to wear

Placed an order and a whole month later it still hadn't been shipped even though it said it would be shipped a couple days after ordering. Was lucky enough to get my money back. Will never be ordering from here again.

The cheapest quality garment, Terrible print quality that looks years , took months to deliver. No tracking. Apparently they had a restock shipment delayed. This information was only provided AFTER I enquired about the order. If there are logistics issues the business should inform the customer.

Overpriced ordinary quality clothing with disgusting clickbaity blaming advertisment.

I've got an e-mail from them saying "We are getting rid of our artist - You all take the blame in this", just to bait people into seeing their new designs, its honestly pathetic and in bad taste.
Clearly Umai Clothing has no idea how to keep customers interested.

Pure rip off....please stay away. They take your money and then send a mail with the message "delivery on it's way" no track and trace. Nothing anymore, it's been 3 months....so watch out for this scam!

Terrible customer service. Shipping takes extremely long time.

There is no size guide on the site. So I bought a hoodie the same size as normal - M. Wasn't suitable. Really, really narrow model. More than 10 cm narrower when compared to any other M hoodie. Other wise the hoodie itself was pretty ok.

First of all the shipment had to wait about a month before it arrived. And since it wasn't suitable I wanted to return it. Returning is/was a nightmare. Since I don't live in the USA, I have to pay for the return myself. They demand a direct return i.e. directly to the warehouse, this is not mention in website and in their opinion it is by no means essential information that should be on the website. Direct return would have cost 38 euros. I made regular return 11.90 euros, but they refuse to pick it up even though the pick-up point is in the same building. So it returns supposedly back to me and the useless hoodie keeps getting more expensive. The website must have all the information affecting the costs. Quoting the message I received from them "There is no mention of it because it is something that only applies to European customers. The fact we don't have every single set of instructions I give out posted on the website means nothing. I gave you the correct instructions once you reached out wanting to return the item. You didn't follow them." I don't recommend to anyone to buy from them.

It has been over a month and I have not received any product. The customer service told me that they were backed up on orders and that I could cancel the order. It is really sad, I like the design but this is a really bad first impression. I hope the quality of the product is worth the wait.

props to the artist! designs are super cool, but i'm just a little disappointed in the hoodie quality? i can't comment on the print as theyve arrived today, but the hoodies arent that thick.they do fit nicely however, and have a comfy inside. Sadly, one of the hoodies i ordered had a strong vinegar smell inside, which i think came from washing after someone had returned it. i'd score my experience a 3.5/5

Very poor quality fabric and printing. Very disappointed with what I received. The shirt itself was cut weird. The crew neck is very low. especially on the back.

Really cool designs and amazing customer support. One t-shirt had a slightly off centre print, and they immediately apologized and sent me a new one. No hassle or anything. Ofc I had to send a picture with proof. But other than that, I didn't even have to send the faulty one back for them to check. The customer service was a really down to earth experience, and very helpful. I'm honestly surprised haha. Btw I ordered from EU. They send most of their stuff from Latvia when you live in Europe. So make sure to ask them if the pieces you want will be sent from there, so you can avoid any custom fees.
One last thing. What you see is what you get, so if you like the designs on the site, you'll like them irl. The crewnecks were a bit thinner than I expected, but it doesn't bother me. That's about it

First of all I absolutely love the designs. They are amazing. When it comes to the product it is very high quality, the material is soft and pleasant and the prints are durable and look great even after wear and tear. They are absolutely my favorite. The delivery was also smooth, no hiccups and had info through the whole process. In addition the subscription they offer is lovely. Huge discounts and gift cards you can use on the store. I’m a customer for life, no doubt about it

Umai used to have great fabric&print quality a couple years ago but now it has a quality of random fast fashion brand. My three oldest tshirts looks way better than all T-shirts I bought recently. This and recent massive surge in „weekly exclusives” leads me to a conclusion that policy of Umai has changed dramatically. Tis is really sad because first products were insanely good in every aspect and now they are just really expensive, poor quality clothes.

Convenient site, I found several t-shirts and sweatshirts of the style that I liked, the flaws is the lack of a wishlist, it would be much more convenient to have one to save all future purchases, instead of having to search for pages upon pages every time. In addition to this, the only small disappointment are the button-up t-shirts, white inside, and a bit too large in all size, but beyond that nothing else. The quality is decent. Great costumer support, really kind all the time. In conclusion there is room to improvement, i hope they will improve, but still good clothing shop.
I'm continuing to make one purchase a month, using the Umai+ subscription, which is really convenient in my case. :')

, and even hat are great quality, i have bought multiple time since 2021 and the design on everything are all good!!

I've purchased a TON of shirts from Umai (38 shirts) and every shirt has upheld the quality (First order was in Sep 2021). The art is what made me interested in Umai in the first place. The monthly exclusives were very cute and worth the price. There was a period where the exclusives seemed to lack creativity (Lapse of Memory era) and the designs weren't worth the $30+ price tag. It seems like Umai has come around in 2023 which is exciting. The designs that are coming out show the creativity that I fell in love with when I first started purchasing from Umai. Overall, if you are contemplating buying from Umai due to the prices, I would recommend waiting for a sale!

Umai has great clothes, high quality garments and high quality prints, especially for DTG printing. I really like their subscription as well. I’m usually against unnecessary subscriptions, but umai+ is worth it. You get a lot of perks, discounts, and access to exclusive designs, AND all your subscription payments are saved, and can be applied to purchases whenever you want. It’s like a little savings account with benefits. My only complaint is that you must redeem your credits, and then they are sent in the form of a digital gift card. I would like if the credit was saved locally on the website, and could be applied to purchases straight from your account. Minor issue though.
They’re responsive and helpful when there’s issues too. My wife and I both have several shirts, and they’re some of our favorites.

The service is great, it doesn't take to long to get answers from the support. The quality of the products is exceptional and i am very happy with the products i bought. The shipping is great aswell, it obviously takes some time, but reaches across the globe.
