Came across ultra servers for my Australia mc network, as I have seen them powering other networks before and the pricing looks cool, support team took 5 minutes to first respond on the live chat, normal, I asked them a few questions, about their servers, net speed and location, they answered both the server and the location and just say they are running a speed test on the server after 7 minutes of silence. I still wasn't told what's the uplink speed is. Okay that's fine, still going ahead, I asked them if they have a proxy plan, they do! Great? Right? Apprenately they have a TOS that prevents you from chaining other providers servers if you using their proxy because of bandwidth issues, fine, I'm going to have to have my entire backend, they did allow me 1 external server as an exception, which did granted 1 star.

Why 3 ⭐ then? Not 4/5?

Because the fact that on their pricing nor the FAQ they ever mentioned that you are not allowed to use another provider servers when you are using proxy on ultra servers, it's only on their TOS, so please! Add a note somewhere on the pricing or something, if you didn't read or missed the part on TOS and you chained your external servers, well your servers can get suspended!

The 2 stars are coming from the amazing support and the powerful servers, if they have ever put a note on the pricing that you are not allowed to use another server if you are using ultra servers as proxy, this would have been a 4 ⭐

Panel wise, modified pterodactyl, I am also slightly annoyed at the fact that the file managers are split into pages as I think they want to keep the theme tidy? But being honest for me on ultrawide screen there's so much gap at the bottom so it becomes a half screen file manager.

Going to give ultra servers 3 ⭐, I wish to see the improvement.

Their support team through Discord is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or issues that arise. I've had two separate issues resolved in the matter of minutes thanks to their support team.

The provided hardware for their Minecraft servers are fantastic. I haven't experienced any problems with performance or loss of data.

If you can't host a server on your own hardware I would highly recommend using UltraServers.

While they provide speedy servers and quick support, they tend to promise things they can't keep. Also, they never add more games.

I had 3 bad experiences:

1. I was a beta user as the early stage, and we got offered a special lifetime discount. I never got it, even having chat on their Discord showing feedbacks I provided as user, I was not allowed to get it.

2. When they pushed a new renewable major discount, I choosed the best tiers that made sense to me. I've asked their owner if I could switch to game servers that are not yet supported and I was told "yes, open a support ticket when you are ready". When I was ready to ask for a game server that was not offered, I opened a support ticket, and I was told it was not possible. I bought the offer also because of that, as they only host 7 games.

3. Before ordering, I asked if I could switch to another game and keep my special price (see 2). I was told yes as long as I keep the offer. In the past we even had a button to switch the game and this was not changing the price at all. The only condition was to stay out of Minecraft if it's not a Minecraft offer, which made sense to me considering how heavy Minecraft can be. I was also told I'd get a similar tiers as the one I bought (reminder, it was a high tiers).
Few days ago I wanted to switch for a game they still support, I was told I'd have to switch on a new pricing which would make me loose my special pricing. When I've informed about what I was told, fortunately they accepted to switch for free for this time, without changing my pricing. While I'm thankful at least I was allowed to switch for this time, I feel betrayed about false advertisement I got when I bought the offer.

And one of the worst part, is that I can't find past chats because they archive it away from public view.

This company provides speedy servers and fast support. But on the side, they do fake promises and offers. I think this offer will be my last one, I'm not ok to be fooled.

Note that I'm an advanced user, meaning I never need technical support.

Idk how customer service is so quick with it. Love the console cheat detector and thanks for making it easy to mod the server. Its also insanely quick, holding around 12 people with 200 mods each, held by a $15 server provider. I got recommended this server provider by a youtuber that recently revieved server hosters. Man the value you get is insane. No comments. Customer service responded within minutes btw crazy.

It is good when it works.

Pros:
- Good panel

- Great performance

- Stable Minecraft Servers

- Fast customer support, though not the fastest. For example, Pebblehost’s customer support was noticeably quicker in my experience.

Cons:

- Doesn’t appear to own its own hardware (from what I understand, the servers seem to be hosted or co-located with RoyaleHosting, based on an IP lookup).

- The panel was down three times within two days after I purchased, due to DDoS attacks, panel update and a "quick" hotfix? that lasted about 45min.

10/10 for the overall plans and performance, 100/10 for the customer support!!!

Great service, the responses are fast and really prepared. I had a problem with the payments, and in less than half an hour after my message, they had already answered with many possible causes and solutions to my problem.

10/10 Outstanding customer service! The response time is exceptionally fast, and the staff is always attentive and helpful in resolving any issues I encounter. Also the server performance is incredibly fast. Truly a great experience overall!

The people running UltraServers are very competent. The support offered is very fast & professional, the fact that such good support is included for free is amazing.

It is rare for me to feel like buying a Game Server hosting instead of a VPS and managing it myself has no downsides in any aspect, but here it is 100% the case for me.

The pricing for what's offered is outstanding. The hardware offered is very recent and makes sense. The Panel UI looks great, everything is purposeful and easy to use.
The servers are located in the best datacenters, offering very good peering to the ISPs that our players and me are using while providing great DDoS-protection.

I wish everyone considering to get a Game Server would know about them, because they are truly a hidden gem in the market.

The support here is AMAZING! They respond so fast sometimes that I'm still writing my ticket! They have incredible hardware, and we've not had a single crash even with 70 players online! The staff are very reasonable too about hardware limits for your server too!

I think im using ultra servers for the past 3 years or so, while they were still in beta. Ofc im abit biased because i get beta user discount for my lifetime, but since ive been using them, and even without any beta user discounts, they remain one of the cheapest yet performant server hosters ive ever used. I have used everything from nitrado, mchost, mc24, aternos, hetzner, mcprohosting, meloncubehosting and i think a couple others. NONE have ever had the performance i needed and remained my go to host for more then a couple months.

Support is great, the discord is blazing fast with users helping out with casual problems every server hoster eventually runs into at some point.
If i ever have a problem that regular or moderator users cant solve, it hardly ever takes longer then a couple of hours to get my issue resolved. And it wouldnt surprise me if the support staff already knows my god damn name because i bother them quite often with dumb shit.

Always recommended ultra servers to anyone in my friendsgroup deciding to host a server.

This hosting is one of the best so far, great hardware, great service & staff. Their new plans blew my mind with those great combination of Ryzen and Epyc which is both cheap and suitable for all use. I will try to make people migrate to this hosting ASAP because this is a good solution for them

Free trial - amazing product so far, no bug and easy to setup. They have all editions available, like Forge, Fabric, etc.
