From my experience (and that of many satisfied users across multiple reviews), UltraServers stands out as one of the most reliable and best value hosts on the market. the servers think every client is cracked adn wont allow any players. the support is incompetent. took 2 days for them to realize the simpliest issue. issues with opening ports

I was sadly only with Ultraservers for a few days due to not needing a server for longer than the 7-day trial period. However, within those days customer support has been fantastic. I had a small issue with my server right after setup, where I instantly got help on their discord server.
Also while creating a ticket regarding payment I got helped and responded to within 3 minutes.
Server experience itself is great and very easy to use and set up.
Honestly, these guys are great. I'll definitely be renting from them again if I want to set up a server in the future.

The hosting offers stable and reasonable prices, excellent support, and is definitely worth trying.

I am giving 1 star only because there is no option to give zero. I have been waiting for 4.5 HOURS just to have one backup file unzipped. This is a task that takes exactly 30 seconds via CLI, but their support is either completely incompetent or they simply don't care.

Instead of helping, the agent (Andrés) wasted my entire night with ridiculous delay tactics, asking for a SHA256 signature for an 8GB file at 2 AM! I work in construction—I am a professional, serious man, and I don't have time for these childish games. I stayed up all night while my community was offline, only to receive 'copy-paste' template replies.

They took my money but refused to provide the most basic technical support. This isn't a hosting service; it's a nightmare. I’ve already moved my files and I’m demanding a full refund. DO NOT waste your breath or money here. Total lack of respect for customers' time and work.

P.S. Date of experience was 01/31/2026 but now it's 02/01/2026 because of them.

After using UltraServers for a few months, I got nothing other than good things to say. Good support, super good prices and the Discord community is friendly and is also happy to help if you need assistance with practically anything. The hardware is exellent and performance is super good. They even support using G-Cash, PayPal and Card payments.

I can not recommend them enough for your hosting needs.

25$ for 32gb and 8 vcores, man that's a steal honestly.

Best host ever for pretty much anyone, no other server hosts come even close to beating the cost and quality relation ultraservers offers and your think there isn't any support, or that they sacrificed a lot of features, but nope, you get plenty of great features like lots of backups, multiple ports, mysql databases, has a good amount of storage to start with and they work on fixing issues quickly. Also I heard that support is great which is a good plus to have since many less experienced people will definetly need help. Can't give much opinion on that since I haven't required server support since I have 4 years of experience running Minecraft servers.

Even if the prices increase by over 75% aka, 1.75 dollars by gb due to ram shortage or whatever other reasons, it still be the cheapest host out there where you can get one of the bests CPUs to run your server out there in the market which is the ryzen 9950x or the ryzen 7950x3d

Terrible servers. They advertise 'lag free servers' and when I get my server that I ping 200ms to (I was running fine on a 700ms server), I endlessly time out. And it's not just me. This happens to EVERYBODY on my server. In the past week there's been 243 time outs spread amongst 7 active members. I've tried everything their support said and nothing works. They can take a week to respond with something that won't work or they just miss important points. Very disappointed that I'm paying money for this. I got the same experience but less time outs ON A FREE SERVER.

Best Minecraft server hosting as far as I know. I tried multiple hosting and they have either bad CPU or very bad internet. But this hosting has very good CPU, it can handle 17 players at once on heavy modded bedrock server without any lags. I only encounter lag when I have 20 players but I use the cheapest plan they have just 43$ yearly which is impressive so using better plan will probably fix it but I'm poor and my mom is kinda homeless. But this hosting 99.8 points out of 100

I asked vor a server in Europe and even they couldn't help me with that, I had a friendly answer in literally no time.
Considering changing when there are the options I need.

Fast and excellent support having answered any questions I had not even 5 minutes after I submitted it.

So ive been hosting a long time with UltraServers, been setting other people up as well(the guest accounts are amazing). First of all the customer service is a 10 out of 10, through discord they will help you so fast and thoroughly with any questions; new or experienced.
Besides that customer service is a nice thing but the servers been also 10 out of 10. while hosting for multiple regions the ping is even manageable if i join a US server (im from europe).

A dissapointingly dismissive "solution" to a database problem on a server that has been working perfectly fine with no changes for the last 20 months.

I submitted another ticket a week later and the problem was resolved in the manner i had come to expect, quickly clearly and completely. Thank You! Back to 5/5 stars for you guys.
