My experience with Ultimate Dumpsters has been nothing short of a pleasure! Their representatives are friendly and helpful and respond to phone calls quickly! I am amazed by the positive vibes at Ultimate!

Good customer service and the company is dependable.

I cancelled my order for a porta potty right away within the 24 hour cancellation time because I did not receive the porta potty, nor a phone call about it, but was still charged for it (cancellation fee of $250!). Beware of using these ghost domains who profit from this type of fraudulence. I can't afford to lose this kind of $$. Discover Card dispute sided with this company because of their cancellation policy which really didn't apply to me since I never received the service and consequently cancelled right away. I'll be reporting this company to my representatives so others don't fall victim to this company. I'll also be closing out my Discover account.

Carlo and his team were awesome! This was short notice for them, and there was absolutely no problem getting the port-a-potty set up exactly where we needed it to be. The team let us know when they would be there to set up and when they would take it back. There was no bad odor either! Thank you Carlo and team for a wonderful business experience!

Ultimate Dumpsters is a great resource! Reliable and trustworthy. We have been working with them for the past 3 years and never disappoint!

First off,when I asked what my first thousand dollars covered, their employee told me it covers one dump. On the website I was looking at, it said the dumpster I was getting was a 4 ton!!! I went to esign and it said it covered 2 ton, and then 150 per ton after!! I had a serious time problem, so was stuck dealing with them!!! 🤬🤬🤬 And....I was not told they are a BROKER!! They don't even own dumpsters!! I will end up paying twice what I would have to the poor, very nice local man who ACTUALLY OWNS THEM!!!!

The experience was great. I want to continue doing business with Ultimate Dumpsters!

After they left the dumpster there for 3 extra days, and beyond our control people kept dumping crap in the dumpster, they had the nerve to bill an additional weight overage charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!

MORE UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING CONTACT FROM ULTIMATE DUMPSTERS ...

Once my review posted regarding their "poor" customer service, an employee from this company blew up my cell phone with 21 disgusting text messages making untrue statements and total fabrications that were pulled from their "back side". Obviously, hit a nerve their terrible customer service was made known to unwitting customers.

And I quote (from one of their text messages to me), "You seem to love to blame every company for the lack of service but have you been able to do anything better on your own?" and "Big deal it was a few days late that you didn't pay for .... crying over nothing". These are just a couple of the disturbing text messages from this dreadful company.

So .... I should be glad I wasn't charged for the days Ultimate Dumpster refused to show up and retrieve their property as noted in the contract.

AGAIN, "DO NOT" WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO ONE'S IDEA.

Experience started out with promised delivery after another company did a "no show". Was impressed on an expedited delivery here, but called when delivery time was not met on Aug, 5th, then dumpster was delivered immediately.

That's the end of the good service. I scheduled removal at time of delivery order for Aug 12th. Called again on Friday, Aug 9th to confirm pick up for Monday, Aug 12 completion. No show ... so called over 6 times up until 8 p.m. with assurances they would be picking up that day ... "no show".

Called Tuesday, Aug 13th multiple times regarding removal and, again was led to believe pick up would be that day; toward end of business day when I checked back, the back peddling began again with pick up not until Aug 14th.

Wed, Aug 14th, not picked up by 3 p.m. so called again, now being told pick scheduled for Friday, Aug 16th. This is a townhome community and the Association is threatening fines for the fact this dumpster has not been removed. Five (5) days to retrieve loaded dumpster is ludicrous; especially when contract and invoice state otherwise.

Lies, lack of customer service, inept/rude/indifferent front office staff, as well as being hung up on multiple times, and transferred repeatedly to an extension with no one there and a full mailbox. Malak at least attempted to assist to the best of her ability unlike most previous staff.

THE FULL COST OF THIS RENTAL SHOULD BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Rating is "O"!!!

This company is horrible they tell you one price then charge you with a diferent larger number and no matter how many times you call and tell them the problem or ask for a refund or anything similar they hang up on you.

Scam and they hang up on you when you ask for money back. Do not use this company

They left dumpster in Chetek despite several calls requesting pick up. Now they present Very inflated bill???? This type of practice won't work in Northwoods. Crooks

Do not do business with this company. I was promised a price for a specific duration for a dumpster rental. The salesperson verbally assured me multiple times there would be no extra fees. I ended up paying over $250 more than what I agreed to. I've asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and never received a call back. In sales, they tell you what you want to hear to get your business. In customer service and billing, they are not empowered to make any decisions that would serve the customer. I worked with a company at this number in January 2024 when they were called "Discount Dumpster," and they were great. This is not the same company. This company is not local. There are too many choices for dumpster rental -- do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

I was very satisfied with Ultimate Dumpsters. Comes in handy when wanting to get rid of things I no longer need. I also appreciate them extending my rental as I was busy with workers at my home.
