Horrible experience that still won’t end. Initial phone call I stated I wanted to use it for appliances and refuse to which they said that’s fine. Only after paying do they reveal that you can’t use it for appliances. Filled it, sent photos asking if it was acceptable for pickup, to which they said yes and that it would be picked up in 72 hours which would have placed it Wednesday. Returned from a funeral Sunday and it’s still there and absolutely no contact from the company on why. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!

This is a zero star company more like scam ,they dont own a dumsper company they just serving as a third party ,overcharge for a load and lie about the weight if you ask for a receipt to show where the garbage was dump you will not get it ,i rented a 10 yard dumpster for $ 750 just for a small backyard clean up they bill me $4500 when i call them they credit me back $1500 now they making up story about overload which update they cant present a receipt. People please stay away .

Steer far away from this company. They will overcharge you, lie to you, they will hang up on you, and they will be rude. They are nothing more than a broker. They don’t own dumpsters they are simply selling you someone else product and marking it up.

Had a job being done gave them a quick call set up the order and was dropped off when we needed it and pick up was just as easy

I am with a non-profit agency that was assisting a family in need to clean up their yard after a house fire. They ordered a 10 yard dumpster, but the person contracted to deliver it called the family to tell them he was delivering a 7 yd trailer. The family stated that was not what they ordered and did not want to accept the 7 yd trailer. The contractor stated the person at Ultimate Dumpster told him that the people would not know the difference. When I called to cancel the order customer service stated the dumpster was already in place in their yard. At this time I called the family and they offered to take pictures of their yard to prove it was not in place. Customer service stated the order could not be cancelled once it was delivered (which it was not) and there would be no refund of the fees that my non-profit agency had paid with my business debit card. In addition, on my first call to customer service I was on hold for over 15 minutes and then they hung up. When I called back, I was again told that I would not receive a refund of the fees. I would not use this business again.

Prompt, courteous drop off! I, unfortunately was out of town when they cMe to pick it up.

I will definitely use you folks again, if and when I need a dumpster!

Easy and fast and right in time when I needed them.

I had made an order for a 10 yard dumpster to remove concrete but they only had 20 yard dumpster's available. I ended up being given 20 yard dumpster for the rental price of a 10 yard dumpster. Once the dumpster was delivered to the address, a line at 17" from floor line was made on the edges to demonstrate the cement height limit. Why was I being given a clearance line when a 10 yard dumpster has the height of 3 1/2'? I find it unfair having to pay the full price of the rental when in fact we were limited to the use of the dumpster. The Ultimate Dumpsters team has been very unprofessional when trying to gather reasoning as to why I was given the 17" line limit. They often drop the phone call, given me long hold times. I've had a terrible experience with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are only there for your money.

From the customer service to picking up the dumpster was an excellent experience. I called them in the morning and they delivered the dumpster the same evening. They were professional and whenever I had questions they were happy to answer them. The dumpster was clean and well placed. I will use them again

The 24 hour access to a live rep. was critical. The ability for the driver to receive and follow unusual drop location instructions was also a plus.
The final phone call on the morning of the drop helped get the dumpster in the exact location I wanted. And finally, their price beat 7 different local haulers.

I can’t say enough about this company. I called needing a dumpster the following day but wasn’t sure if the size. They helped me decide and scheduled it for delivery. Drop off was very professional and made sure it was exactly where I needed it. Pickup was the same, making sure not to spill anything when loading. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
