Do not use this company.
My daughter ordered me two bottles of Lanson Champagne as a gift. She paid extra for next day delivery. Her order was never sent out but her money was taken/stolen. Parcel Force tracking said that package wasn’t available for them to collect.
We have both emailed this company at least four times and had no response. Their phone just rings out and is never answered. I checked out the address and it’s a building in London that lets out office space.
I will be reporting this matter to the Police for fraud, the press, Trading Standards and contacting the small claims court.

i bought a gift of au vodka for my sister for her 40th and on opening the wrap om the lid the actual lid was half smashed leaving bits on the inside of the neck. luckily my sister managed to scrape the bits off and use an old lid but it did spoil it

DO NOT USE! My order didn't show up and I paid for next day delivery. They do not answer the phone or answer any emails. I have had to claim my money back via the bank. Terrible service.

FRAUDSTERS
They steal. I've had to report them for fraudulent behaviour due to no communication or delivery of goods whatsoever with regards to my order. I placed my order weeks ago.

Been Waiting 5 weeks for my order, wont answer either email or phone. i now have the Hassel of claiming my money back though the bank. appalling service

Order took long to arrive. Also this company don’t pick up the phone or respond to emails as I needed to return the item. Won’t be ordering from them again.
