December 2024 onwards, no results.

Leaving a review given the previous one had ULike telling me they would reach out to me, and haven't done so. Their response also prompted me to include my settings and length of time, because they clearly didn't read my original review.

I bought this in the Black Friday sale, and used as directed from the 1st December (3 x a week). By January, I wasn't seeing any difference (and in fact, because you have to shave the hair down to use, I had more razor burns than before), so continued using 3 x a week throughout January, February, March, April and May. As it turned to summer, and they recommend not being out in the sun 24 hours after use, I went to twice a week for June, July and August.

I'm using SHR on armpit and part of my bikini line, Normal setting on the rest of the bikini line originally, and now to High, Fast (and glide) on legs, and, if I have time, SHR on lower leg.

I've been using it 3 x a week since 1st December, and I'm seeing slow growth on my bikini line only. My armpit hair, while lighter, is still there, and my legs, honestly, there's been continued growth (that actually feels more than I used to have from just shaving) and I have in-grown hairs and strawberry legs which I've not had before.

Part of me wondered if the aloe gel needed to be used afterwards - I have sensitive skin, so stuck to my own moisturiser - and I used the gel for April. My armpit hair definitely started to slow with growth, as did my lower legs, so the sceptical part of me thinks there's something in the gel. Given the gel ran out in May, and my hair growth returned to the usual, there's definitely something there.

Such a shame the returns with full money back is after you're supposed to be in the maintenance phase, which I've not gotten to yet as the hair growth continues.

If ULike could reach out to me as they suggested they would do, to tell me if the process I'm using is in fact wrong, that would be wonderful. I am going to get my money's worth, and use it for the year, but at the 1st December, I'm throwing it out.

Scammers

I bought the Ulike reglow LED Mask after I saw dr Lee IG promotion .At there stated using dr Lee disc code ,will get $100 and free gift (seems 10 sheet ulike mask).
Before I ordered I asked some information at Ulike chatbox..
The chatbox said It is South Korea Brand and will ship fr US To Canada.
But turns out It shipped from Shen Zhen ,China to Canada...
Once I received the product, I realized that they didnt send the free gift. so I emailed them, at 1st, ulike support said dr lee discount code only for $100 disc but no free gift.
Then I sent the IG promotion page, they replied ah..May be the free gift unavailable, its limited. they tried to offer refund $10.
I said the IG promotion didnt say it's limited...
Can u imagine ? 10 sheet mask for $10.
That means this LED Mask is not worth $343..
Is cheap things
Free gift worth $80 but they refund $10.
I didnt accept their offer, then they said again...ah...free gift only available for US customers, but yours is sent to Canada ,thats why no free gift.
I replied U said Mask send fr US ,but how come fr China?
And at the IG promotion didnt mention that only for US buyers
Then ulike support offer $15 ..,they increase their refund..lol and after wrote few emails and lots of excuses
They gradually increase the offer from $10,$15,$20,$25 and finally $30.
So...from here we can know hows the ulike company looks like.
I said I dont want refund , I only want the 10 free sheet masks.
They another excuse appear, they said they cant send free gift to Canada...only available for US.
Then i Said, Ok just send to my US address...

Then new excuses..They replied they can't send only free gift.
What will we think about it?
Finally I said, If refund $50 I will accept cos @Amazon 2 pc Ulike sheets mask they charge $19.90..
The support replied ,$19.90 must buy in big bulk...lol
I gave many chances for them already..
But turns out seems I am a beggar ,asking for money..
Actually I didnt ask for money, only my free gift...
Such an embarassing matters..
I am buying the $343 led mask ,but they treated like I bought cheap things.
They are bargaining the refund with customer ..
Oh my...
I really disappointed
From here we know that Ulike products didnt worth the price they sell...

Be Consistent

I started using ulike about a year or two ago and recently updated to the air 10. This one works so much better than the older one I have and it really works! Just be consistent with it and I promise you’ll see results!

Bad customer service

I recently ordered a ulike device costing me 209.88. It took a week too deliver by speedx shipping company. They claimed that they delivered the package and took pictures of proof that I couldn’t access only the ulike company did I contacted the ulike support team they apologized said too check my neighbors if they claimed it by mistake and ask my family members took it on my behalf. But none of them took it ulike is refusing too refund or reship the item they told me too contact the delivery company but I don’t think they will do anything except make me wait for half a month for them too say as we check here it was indeed delivered I’m not even gonna bother doing so but I bout the ulike because of all the ads I was getting on instagram and I think they are scammers I’m never ordering anything from ads anymore please be aware of the company. Thank you

This actually works

This actually works, after 3 weeks I already saw results, this is amazing, my bikin area was my struggle area dealing with razzor bumps but after using this for 9 months I do not have any razor bumps.

Great experience!

It’s been two months since i started using it. first three week i used following the instructions three times per week and whereas now i am using once a week and i saw slow hair growth on my legs and underarms and i use on my face after 15 days as i want to retouch.

Works amazingly!

Works amazingly! I’ve been using this for a few months and I’ve been noticing the hair removal and my hair growing back slower. The glide mode makes things so much quicker which allows me to do full body within 45 minutes to an hour.

First of all Ulike customer service is top tier - responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. I initially wasn’t seeing the results I wanted and they provided potential solutions and reminded me of the 100 day return option. Now as someone with thick dark hair, after following the directions on the device, I can say for sure that it delivers the results we all want.

Exceptional Customer Service

I never write reviews, but ULike’s customer service was so good, I asked them to send me a link so I could tell others that their customer service is exceptional.
First of all, I’ve been using the Air 10 IPL hair removal device for about six months now. I have been very pleased with the product and the outcome to remove unwanted hair all over my body. Each month the hair grows back less and less and there is a longer period between regrowth.
A few weeks ago, I noticed when I would hit the button to zap the hair, the zap sounded much different and was louder than normal, which scared me to use. I knew the device came with a warranty, but I honestly didn’t think customer service would see my concern as valid. I was hesitant to reach out to them.
I reached out by email and within 10 minutes I received a response… that alone impresses me. They asked for me to send a video, which I did. They immediately sent me a response after viewing my video, no questions asked, they said they would send me a brand new product at no charge. Within three days, I had a brand new product delivered at my doorstep.
Why can’t all Customer service be this easy and efficient?
They did not even ask me to write a review, I asked them to give me a link to give them a review because their Customer service is worthy to be praised.
