Stylish good quality house sign

Totally ignorant and shocking communications …
I tried to get a quote using a photo off their own website for an 8 letter word with no graphics. How difficult can that be? They sent perfunctory emails asking me to tell them the font 🤷🏻♂️. Despite my best efforts, they do not respond to my emails.
If this is the level of ignorance before I order, are they to be trusted after handing over money. Having looked through the other reviews, it seems this company specialise in ‘ghosting’ people.
I did email you asking for a response before I posted any review of your site. Again I never got a response. Do you not realise you are not the only people who are busy, stop wasting peoples’ time!
So if you are going to respond now, spare me the usual generic perfunctory response and tell me why you ignored me. My enquiry reference is [1049438-LU].
My advice to potential customers, is that if they fail to address the issue adequately here, then ghost them first by going elsewhere with your money.

We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated by the quotation process. We have checked our records regarding enquiry [1049438-LU] and would like to clarify the situation.
After your initial request, our team responded promptly and asked for either the artwork or the font you wanted, because the design must be checked for suitability before producing cut and illuminated letters. Certain fonts and thin strokes cannot be manufactured safely, and unfortuantely the font style you wanted was not thick enough. This is why we advised on alternatives, such as a printed light box or panel, to achieve the visual effect you wanted.
We understand that you did not wish to pursue these alternatives and continued to request the same style using our example image. At that point, there was no further information from you that would allow our bespoke team to provide a safe and feasible solution.
As a small, family-run company handling hundreds of enquiries every day, we must prioritise requests where the artwork and specifications are clear and manufacturable. We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to help further.
We always aim to respond promptly and provide accurate advice. Unfortunately, without further details or willingness to consider suitable alternatives, we are unable to progress this particular request.

Useless. After constant chasing to dispatch the order they finally sent me the wrong vinyls. Asked for replacements or a refund but am now being ghosted. With so many other suppliers out there I would avoid.
