Been using UK Servers for over 10 years. Great service all round with excellent support. Fast SSD servers and great server security. I highly recommend them for dedicated hosting.

HyperHost Solutions has been colocated with UK Servers for over a year now, and the experience has been exceptional from day one. David and his team have been outstanding throughout the entire process. From our initial discussions about migrating from a previous provider who was not meeting expectations, UK Servers demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to service quality.

We host a large number of websites and VPS servers in their facility, and the uptime has been among the best we have experienced in the industry. Our customers immediately noticed a significant improvement in performance and reliability after we moved our infrastructure to UK Servers, which has been a major value driver for our business.

The onboarding and migration were smooth, and their support has continued to exceed expectations. We have only needed to visit the facility a handful of times thanks to their excellent remote hands service, which has consistently been prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable.

While it would certainly be convenient to see a UK Servers facility closer to London, we fully appreciate that such a location would come with the typical premium London pricing. Even so, the level of service we receive more than justifies the trip.

I could write a full essay about UK Servers. I have been with them for many years and have had numerous servers over this time, big, small, medium. One thing has remained constant throughout this time, their customer service. I simply cannot say enough positives to convey how helpful they have always been. They must pay a premium to have the best techies in house, they know their stuff for sure. I have had to have a full server restore from an offsite backup at one point in time, I thought will this really work? Too right it did, every byte of data was restored.

If you want a proper server with proper techies looking after it, look no further.

I have been managing websites since 1992, and the United Kingdom has consistently been the best global location for hosting servers. Over the years, I have seen many web hosting companies come and go—often while managing clients through several providers. I've been with them for just over a year for three dedicated servers after migrating from ANS/UKFast.

They've not once tried to upsell me to something I didn't need and have always answered any questions I might have quickly.

I migrated my server from UKFast to UK Servers in 2021 - and haven't looked back. The level of support is second to none. I get proactive support - and reactive as-and-when needed.

My main reason for moving was deteriorating support at the previous host.... coupled with unreliable backups. You just can't have that! UK Servers met with me and understood my needs. They were able to demonstrate how they would be better - and have consistently proved that in the 4 years since.

Used these in the past, only one server never had an issue. Decided to migrate one of our biggest servers to them and 2 more - I emailed at 3pm yesterday did some negotiating with the setups and budgets. Got every single server delivered in 12 hours as we demanded urgent migration - Team was excellent throughout followed setup requirements we asked for support is key in this industry and they simply provide rapid support.

No messing about no tech jargon I told them what I needed and they provided! Top notch.

The whole team at UK Dedicated Servers are passionate about delivering an exceptional product with exceptional service.

I have used both colocation and dedicated server rental from UKDSL and I have always been impressed with the products they have.

For comparison I have used nearly all of their competitors over the years, mainly for diversification, but they always sit at the top of the league table for all aspects.

The new datacenter in Coventry at Continuity House is of exceptional quality. It is well designed, laid out and has everything you need. It's nice and cool, with great power redundancy, and everything is brand new!

They have a presence in Telehouse London for some Dedicated servers and this is a great option is you need low latency to the City, or to UK ASN's.

You will only find helpful, useful, knowledgable staff at UK Dedicated Servers.

In the event of an emergency critical situation, they will give you the level of service you need. Whether you created the situation, or you discovered some critical issue, they will always strive to seek a prompt resolution.

You will find that the team are more like a family, rather than a sanitised corporate entity. They are nice people, with good knowledge and expertise.

I have been a customer for several years now, and in that time I have observed them grow organically in a planned, staged controlled fashion. They are not a host seeking instant world domination, they grow in line with their capabilities, and that is to be respected.

Remote hands support is typically instantly available, at any time, on any day, for any reason.

I cannot really think of many things they could do to improve if I am honest.

As long as they do not change there business model or service, I will be a customer for as long as I have a requirement.
