I approached this company as I wanted a bare metal server to move client websites too as my current provider was inadequate. I sent details of my requirements. I had one reply to ask about my budget, but didn't get any further replies. Tried to follow up a few days later and still haven't heard back after a few weeks. Ticket is still open on their support portal, but no updates in 2 weeks. If this is their response to quotes / sales, I can't imagine what their support response time is like.

Would love to have a cheaper Cairo package.At present the price of the package in Cairo is really too high.I previously posted on your website bought the Cairo server which was $10 at the time[citynet Time ] and has now soared to $30.

Great no probs at all

Previously was with Hetzner but have switched to BinaryRacks for their budget dedicated servers.

Had a few issues with the control panel not working and networking issues with my installed Linux server OS but all issues were promptly resolved by customer support via ticket, so happy to stay for the continued customer care.

Fantastic VPS server on yearly plan with promo code is great for hosting my PiHole server. No downtime blazing throughput.

Super fast performance and incredibly responsive support team — they helped me immediately when I needed assistance. I’ll definitely be using them from now on. Highly recommended!

Binary racks are a low cost hosting provider with great customer support- would recommend to any one on the market for their services.

I have not had to make any support request since i started using binary racks server. Everything just works and never stops working.

Good host. Take some time to set up but once it's set-up all is good to go. They even offer reverse DNS for free and you can set it up yourself from the panel. Highly recommended. Am using the cheapest server they have and it's perfect to host SimpleLogin (way cheaper than paying for an annual premium service)

Picked up the Budget Linux VPS – LEB-1GB-Promo plan and it's met all my needs! Super low cost and a UK IP address. A little patience is needed when waiting on support ticket response, but can't complain for the cost!

Never had an issue, servers are working without any problems and the uptime and network are good!

So far only good things to say about Binary Racks. I needed a very low-cost VPS for a small project that needs little resources.

I found them through lowendbox.com. The setup was easy, been there over a month and so far no downtime or issues.

For a lower end VPS, it's surprisingly fast.

The worst Experience ever, waiting time too long for issue server first, then after provided server detail after long wait can't access, then when can access suddenly you can't install anything, i thought it's a glitch then reinstall ubuntu which usually less then 5min job through the portal, but its taking too long to install then ticketing system OMG wait just wait only two days only just wasted money.. NEVER EVER Recommended
