Mr. Mafizur was very professional and friendly and he explained everything I needed to know. I received the report almost 3 hours after the inspection was done. I highly recommend this company.

Best customer service. Super friendly staff and of course very polite! Due to my personal reason I changed the appointment few times, each time they helped me to reshedule the appointment. The report was sent at the evening time on inspection day. Speedy service. Definitely will take their service when I need the inspection for my husband's visa extension.

Excellent customer service from Evergreen Engineeres!! The surveyor Mr Rahman helped clarify many questions I had regarding the visa application / overcrowding certificate. He visited with a very short notice and send the report same day. This is the first time I am applying for my wife's visa, so was not sure what was the inspection report but after seeing the report, I found it's really helpful to proof the sufficient accommodation. Mofizur did a property inspection for us back in 2019 and I needed another one done now in 2022. He is very professional, respond quickly to emails and managed to get the report back to me quickly after his inspection of the property. I highly appreciate the service they offer recently when I was applying for sposuevisa. I was in Hong Kong when I contacted them. I thought it's going to be hard for me but the team specially Mofizur makes the process super easy! Super Easy communication; all email response was promptly and timely manner even thought time difference. They arrage an appoinment in evening, still I recevied the report at night time!! More preciously appoinment was at 6 pm and I got the PDF copy of report at 9.30 pm!! No hesitation in recommending this company! I would have rated the as 10 stars!!!

Professional, fast, efficient and very helpful. Mr. Rahman did a property inspection for my then-fiancée, now wife's visa application. We received the completed report in less than 2 days. A slight change was needed and Mr. Rahman went on to make the update and send us the updated copy via email on the same day. Will definitely be using their services again.
