I have been trying to sort out faulty suitcases since June last year 2025. I have now sent my faulty suitcases back and no one has responded to me about them. I will be taking this matter further now and seeking legal advice!!
The site seems to of changed its name to infinity leathers as well!!!
Purchased set of 3 suitcases as a gift for my sister. Wheel fell off large case before she had even arrived at the airport. Zips inside are not well made. Wheel has also now fallen off another case on first use. Customer service woeful. Was advised that the damage was due to ‘wear and tear’ and therefore not refundable.
