Bought a lawn mower, the delivery company TNT/Menzies lost it, requested a refund, UKHS said it was being arranged on the Friday, they finally tried to deliver on the following Monday, however, we rejected it because of the refund. On the Wednesday, they said we would need to wait until they received the mower back before they would refund, lies and poor service

Bought a garden vac in April 19. Had to request a new bag as the one supplied was torn and useless in 5 months. Good machine at a good price but the bag has let them down. Waiting for a replacement in 3 weeks as they have no spare bags in stock.
Hope it all works out!

Prompt service - goods as described - fabulous prices. What else can I say?

This is the 3rd item i have bought from UKHS Wolf Action 4K UltraHD Action Camera, The windscreen mount broke the 1st day i used it which they replaced quickly, I bought this as a cheap car cam but has been useless as it keeps switching off constantly at random times and the screen has lines running down it now and again like a old tv, Ii have tried a factory reset still no joy.
Looks like i will have to try and get a refund and buy a proper car-cam.

In 2014 I bought from UK home shopping a 4in1 FOX garden commander. From the first use of the chain saw the guard rattled free and smashed. I was given a free replacement. The replacement lasted as long as the first when I next used the chain saw. I made a replacement out aluminium.

Next I had to request a replacement spool for the grass strimmer. Over the last three years I have continually had to repair and bodge the spool in order for it to be usable. I have recently phoned the company for a replacement, I was told someone would call me back.

Still waiting.

The power unit of this product is on the whole quite good. It is the accessories the are a pile of garbage. The guard on the strimmer is now no use, it is cracked and broken.

I take great care of my tools but, parts of this machine are just so badly made and designed their life span is very short.

Steer clear of this product from UK Shopping, it is not worth the money.

We made a purchase from this Company 2.5 years ago. The item went faulty and required repairing. As there was a 3 year guarantee on this product, we contacted the Company. I must say that the 'After Sales' team were excellent. They collected, sorted problem and returned all within a few days. Brilliant service - WELL DONE.

How Charlatans like this still exist online is beyond me. I guess Amazon make so much money out of their pushing inferior quality junk, that they haven't got much incentive to chuck them off.
Steer well clear, I now have a £400 mower, less than 3 months old, absolutely useless, because it is cheap Chinese rubbish, marketed as a quality product. UKHS have been obstructive, rude, and fobbed me off. I spend about £3500 online every year, and have done for the last 5 years. I like to think I know what I'm doing, but now and again, I do get caught out by reprehensible crooks like UKHS. Nothing but low down thieves.

Having received a faulty chain saw and having some difficulty on getting it returned, I was contacted by the customer service supervisor and within no time at all my issues were successfully resolved, a very efficient and helpful person who has restored my faith in this company.

I purchased a Wolf grinding tool about 3 years ago along with several other tools at the same time for domestic use around my home. It has probably only been used about a dozen times, probably less, but when I came to use it last week it would not work. I changed the fuse in the plug but it still didn't work. I took it back to UKHS and after they checked it out, said that it was worn out, and as it was out of guarantee they couldn't repair it without charge, and it would be more economical to buy a new one. I was also told that lack of use would also affect it as well as too much use, which I thought was ridiculous! My other tools which I purchased at the same time, and have had a similar amount of usage are all working perfectly. I am disgusted with the result of my problem and left the tool with them as obviously I have no further use for it. Needless to say I shall not be buying any more Wolf tools in the future as they do not appear to be robust enough even for domestic use. I have rated this review 2 stars, but have to say there wasn't any friction just disbelief and disappointment.

I have ordered from this company only once, I bought a DIY tool. There was a bit of a glitch, however, I called them and within a few days the matter was sorted. As far as I am concerned they did what it said on the tin. If they made beer it would be real Ale.

I am now in the third week of waiting for a delivery from this lot, after calling at least six times I am still fobbed off with the same reply, which always ends with ' some one will call you back' if your unlucky enough to try and call their no, the four options you are given always go to the same poor girl in the call centre, you can never get to anyone who can actually help, very very very pissed off, they are actually useless.
