Something has happened to quality
I’ve been buying Yves DeLorme 500 ct percale sheets for over a decade. We use them in our house and condo, and between the two, I have 6 sets. Something has happened to the quality in very recent years. The crisp feel of the sheets is no more. They feel as if they have some sort of odd finish, and compared to the former quality, it’s disappointing enough for me to find a new brand for any future purchases. Something has very definitely changed. I’m disappointed as I’ve loved their sheets in the past!

Everything was amazing!
I ordered some new bed linen in the January sales online. The prices were excellent and they offered free postage. I was kept up to date via emails on my order and the day before delivery I got a text message from UPS (their chosen courier) to confirm my delivery.
I had a query regarding my order once it arrived and called their main number. I got straight through a real person who dealt with my query extremely professionally.
Next time I need bed linen I will automatically go to their website as my number one choice.

First time I have purchased from Yves Delorme, I bought the Ralph Lauren player range bedding , From start to finish the gentleman I dealt with John was absolutely brilliant. His knowledge behind the RL brand and the quality, all the way to the detail of the stitching was great and insightful. This was matched by his service to go above and beyond. The bedding is exactly as sold, looks fantastic and so very comfortable. I would highly recommend both the bedding and Yves Delorme especially if you are fortunate enough to deal with John. I have no hesitation giving 5 stars. Well done and thank you.

This is the first time I’ve ever used this company. My purchase was a Ralph Lauren towel and I was blown away by the customer service. A gentlemen called John personally telephoned me and kept me up to date with my delivery and the towel is beautiful. Couldn’t fault a thing

Quick delivery and quality products
Taking advantage of the January sales I bought a few towels and mats online. Due to the time of year I assumed that the items may take some time to arrive, but I was wrong. They arrived very quickly and well packaged in a strong box. The items are of an extremely high quality and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you
