Bad service

It’s really bad. I placed an order a month ago on the 3rd of Feb. and my order was even confirmed. Tracking code through DHL was sent to my email. then suddenly without further reason, they put my order on hold. I sent an email for an update on the 23rd of Feb and received no response. I contacted your online customer service and still nothing. I cannot even cancel my order, that has already been paid.

My package has been lost

My package has been lost. After finding it out via DHL I immediately contacted gymfits customer service but haven't received any answer.

We are very sorry that this has happened. Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on DHL's delivery process once a package has been shipped, but we take this very seriously. We have immediately started an investigation into what exactly went wrong with your package.

We are now handling this internally and will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution. This could be a replacement product or a refund, for example. We aim to provide you with more information within [24hours].

Our apologies again for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
