Ad didn't lie
Ordered after seeing an ad on Facebook and was given a code for 20% off - it included free next day delivery. Item was delivered the next day as promised. I usually think that powder products that you only add water too tends to not taste that good but I was so surprised by how nice the taste is and will order more flavours.

I was a bit sceptical about yet another meal replacement thing. But I was getting depressed with my weight. Im 2 stone overweight and menopause mad. Took a risk and glad I did. Im on 2 shakes a day, plus gut shake and collagen shake. (When I remember). Haven’t been very strict with myself as I am menopausal. One month on and Im am not bloated anymore, have less cravings but I do feel full more. Im adding matcha to the coffee flavour in mornings. Someone told me it was trendy. But I did weigh myself at someone’s house( I don’t have scales) and they heard me howl at myself. I was down 2 kg after 2 weeks. (Haven’t weighed again yet). But I feel a lot better. And less moody. Bonus for all around me. Thanks

Awful customer service
Ordered over a week ago, no delivery, contacted them on every platform they have, was told it was delayed and had been dispatched and would receive in 24 hours.. still no delivery, order says unfulfilled online, now having zero response to them when requesting a refund. Shameful customer service, would avoid at all costs. Taking to trading standards and getting my bank involved for refund!
