To be clear, I have not received the massager yet, but I am impressed with the ease of ordering, the amount of information on their website and the communication emails which are keeping me updated as to the progress of my order. I’m looking forward to receiving it!

I like the fact that you use Lux Skin weekly instead of every 2 weeks and the price is fantastic! You have saved me over $80+ with the kit that also includes the Red Light Therapy Mask and a free product of our choice. I wish I'd taken it back in April. I would have been using Lux Skin Microneedling a lot sooner.
I really appreciate that you use a reuseable roller. Less painful than pressing the needles into the skin, and less wasted needles.

Very easy and quick process on the website to order my new product

I am really impressed with the LUX SKIN website. It’s very easy to navigate, with the products clearly displayed and plenty of information to help you decide what you need. I also found the offers and prices easy to understand, and the checkout process was quick and straightforward. My worry was being in the UK & it being in dollars not pounds BUT as soon as you click on the product it changes it so you know exactly what you're spending.
I particularly liked that there were useful product recommendations and offers available without the website feeling too complicated or difficult to use. Overall, a really smooth shopping experience and I’d happily use the website again.
