Repair your headphones was excellent. The website is rather clunky though. Should be made slicker. I almost overlooked the email where I needed to send payment first before they'd do repair then... See more

We work hard to provide high-quality repairs and excellent customer support. While we aim to satisfy every customer, expectations should be realistic—we are not the manufacturer, and repair limitations such as part availability or lead times are beyond our control. Negative reviews often come from misunderstandings or not reading the information provided on our website or in emails. We encourage potential customers to consider both positive and negative reviews, as well as our responses, to get a fair picture of our service. If you genuinely need a repair and understand that we are here to help—not as a charity but as a professional service—you’ll find the process straightforward. If in doubt, always check our FAQ for clarity before proceeding.

Very reasonable cost to repair my Musical Fidelity Encore 225. Diagnosed the fault — hard drive failure —and replaced it.
Found this Company on line, was in dire need to have my aged headphones repaired and that is exactly what Electronic Partners did. The aged headset feels like knew. Thank you guys, great job 👍👍
Sent my Beyerdynamics in for repair. Got them back. Wasnt working right. Sent back again and fixed them perfect this time. Super good and clear customer service. Intuitive portal and super easy to send and receive the items.
I was hoping my repair was going to be just a battery replacement but knew it may be more. it was. EP communicated with me at all stages and in the end i have a good product back to use.
They were as quick as they could be and the item returned in good condition and the cost was reasonable.
I had given up hope of my Bose subwoofer ever working again. What an amazing company to deal with. I thought the process of getting the unit sent away to be repaired would be long and arduous. How wrong I was! Great service, great communication, quick fix and very good value.
My sound system is now back up and running.
Perfect, thank you.
Very good service and reasonably priced, sent my Oukitel RT5 tablet for them to diagnose and repair because I had a problem with it not connecting to my network but after they had diagnosed it could not find any problem with it after running full hardware and software tests.
Only problem that I had was that the tablet still wouldn't connect to my network even after my ISP services ran a check and reset my router etc and then I found the problem myself whilst checking the devices connected to my network and found that for some reason my tablet had been blocked, so I unblocked it and removed the device from the list of devices then reconnected it and now it connects, but still disconnects from time to time as if there is something wrong with the network adapter because I have to reset my wi-fi sometimes to get it to connect.
All in all a good service and you only pay for the return postage as EP send you a prepaid shipping label to send your device to them.
Fantastic company, brought my amp back to life after 16 years. Brilliant website, easy to use and great service. If you’re unsure don’t be, they are great.
Will definitely use again!
good service. Cost was reasonable and communication very good. Not the quickest service but I’d rather that than fast and shoddy.
CD player appears to be working properly again after a weeks use
A great result on my Cambridge audio amp, took a while to do but very happy with their service, called them a couple of times and they were helpfull. I would use them again.
The service was fantastic, they kept me up to date continuously and the repair was very good value. I now have another lease of life form Bose product which would have cost many times the repair cost to replace
Paid to send my item after detailing the issue, to be told a week later that they don't fix items like mine. Had to pay them £7.80 to get it back. Wasted a couple of weeks and money. Don't accept items you don't repair!

Great service, kept informed and product repair works.
All good. Repair done. You can have fast track for an extra payment
A very professional and honest service, I would definitely use them again.
Incredibly efficient and professional service! From the moment I requested a repair estimate for my hifi amplifier, the process was clear and simple to navigate. I paid a little extra for a Priority Repair and had my fully repaired amp back three days after sending it off. I received regular updates at every stage of the process, including a full quote for the actual cost of the work and a description of the repair. Questions can be asked via the live chat on the website and the Customer Portal is easy to use. I'll definitely be using this service again! Highly recommended!
Excellent straightforward process of posting items off for repair and return. It’s an efficient good value service.
Claimed to be a official repair partner of my phones manufacturer and quoted me a price for my repair, a seemingly simple screen repair. Once I sent it in they changed the quote, increasing it by 20%. What they learned by looking at my phone that they didn't already know that made them decide to increase the price by 20% I have no idea. I decided to pay, since they were official repair partners in the hope they'd get it done quickly and professionally. After I've paid they inform me the replacement screen has been ordered and will take a month to arrive and will only then be repaired. Again, I think I'm not going to be able to get it done any better or quicker anywhere else so sure I leave them to it. Over a month later I've still heard nothing so I email to find out when I will receive it. Turns out the manufacturer has stopped making replacement screens for my phone and they can't carry out their repair. Why did they take over a month to find this out? How did they order a part that was being manufactured? Why did I have to chase them to find this out? Why did they even need to charge me over £100 for a repair they were never going to be able to do? I have no idea. They promised me a full refund and to return my phone as soon as possible. Over a week later I'm still yet to receive my phone. Horrible company, incredibly unprofessional and dishonest.
EDIT: Having just received my phone back, I can't believe they've actually made it worse. What was a couple of cracks on a completely usable screen has turned to a completely shattered screen which is no longer usable. Avoid this company like the plague.

Requested a quote online which was received quickly. Accepted the quote and received the postage label and arranged for Royal Mail to collect. Once the item was received and checked over by EP we got a revised quote for slightly less than the original. Item returned promptly and works great. Overall very happy with the service and the process.
bose cd player repaired exactly as promised, excellent communication, constant updates on progress, and delivered before Christmas I think that this is the best service I have ever received in a situation like this.
