Purchased this 2tb SSD, due to an increase in price of a 'cloud back up' service. It was cheaper in the long run to purchase this drive then 2 year's worth of the 'cloud' service.
Only issue that I have though is unable to move files from an Android phone to this drive, but can view the files on the drive with no issues.
Only way round to back up the files on the phone is to move them to the external SD card in the phone, then insert the SD card into a card reader, connect the SD card to a computer, and then copy from there.
I know this may be long winded, but only need to do this about every 3 months, and I can live with that.

Perfect SSD disc

The Crucial scan was very helpful in highlighting that I could replace the HDD with an SSD and (after a few hiccups in getting the cloning software to run) I managed to do this successfully and the laptop is definitely faster and more user-friendly

Great diagnostic tool that runs on your laptop to work out what upgrades you could get, recommends relevant options. Easy shopping basket and fast delivery.
My DELL G15 is now maxed out with 64GB RAM and a 2TB SSD which makes such a difference.

Prompt delivery. Good SSD performance. No compatability issues.
Needed to buy an external M.2 drive enclosure (sourced elsewhere, for a better and cheaper unit than the crucial offering), but this was expected.
Migration via linked Acronis software was painless.

The items where appropriately packaged. I bought 64GB Ram pack for my laptop. They work well, Delivery was prompt and hassle free. Unfortunately nothing went wrong so I can not comment on their resolution processs. But 2 out of 2 purchases from Crucial have gone well.

I purchased some additional RAM for my laptop. Crucial website was easy to navigate and gave clear information about which parts were optimal to improve laptop performance. I fitted the RAM part and all worked perfectly. My laptop now works much faster.

Delivery quite slow.

Far too long to receive memory, just over a week. No one answered the phone after 40 minutes.
I used crucial many years ago & received memory within a day or two & for queries the phone was answered within 10 minutes

Have purchased three SSDs from Crucial, all faultless, very competitively priced and delivered in a couple of days. Excellent service!
