Excellent quality, this is the only company that cares about their jewellery and doesn't just slap their logo on a basic chain from China and call it a brand! I just love the tiny details that are in the jewellery that makes it feel authentic and unique! It feels like they are the only brand actually doing an effort to make something cool!

My son’s girlfriend bought him a £70 bracelet for his 18th birthday. Within 36 hours it was missing from his wrist. He had not taken it off, nor could it slide off so it must have broken off. We cannot find it to prove it has broken, so I am questioning the quality. You would expect it to last quite a long time at that price. She has been offered a £10 voucher by customer services which frankly is not acceptable. Do not buy from here unless you can guarantee that you will catch it when it breaks off. Craftd I think you should do better than this. A young girl has worked 10 hours to pay for that.

I had an issue with one of my rings and contacted CRAFTD to ask about their Lifetime Warranty. Their customer support team was very helpful, polite and quick to explain the available options. They handled the situation professionally and offered me store credit for the value of the item, which I really appreciated.

The products look great, and it is reassuring to know that the brand stands behind its pieces and takes warranty claims seriously. Overall, a very good experience with both the jewellery and the customer service.

Had my chain for years, products are very reliable and have no issue with water or general life. I had to go through customer support for an issue and Chloe was incredibly helpful and fast. Very reliable company.

Product was fine, no complains. I simply didn't like how it looked in person. So I sent it back for an exchange.

But I genuinely had the most horrible customer experience. It was so bad and annoying. They took literally weeks to process my refund!! Maybe going on to like 3ish months. There was so much back and forth, and inconsistencies. For example, I was initially told I can get an exchange. When I sent the product back to them, I wrote them an email and they replied confirming my exchange is being processed. I then followed up a few days later and was asked whether I would like an exchange when it was already confirmed to me the exchange is being processed! THEN I got another email telling me they aren't doing exchanges at this time! That was incredibly frustrating. In the end, i got my refund after several weeks of emailing them.

The product costs 45£. I paid for the shipping the item back to the myself so Im unsure why I was refunded £42 in the end.

I couldn't be asked to email them again.

I bought a necklace/pendant 2 years ago. These items have literally never been taken off my neck whether it be swimming, gym, and everything in between.  The claims they make about their quality are real.  They still look like I just bought them so their lifetime guarantee is simply a bonus. I have been complimented too many times on these items and it feels good every time.  I recently sent an inquiry and the response was lightning fast.  David, thank you for your courteous, friendly and professional approach, it was quite refreshing to know that there are companies who hire individuals like you who take pride in their work.  At the end of the day, Craftd has style, quality, variety and top notch service. Amazing customer service. I bought a necklace 3/4 years ago and have an issue with the clasp.
They've managed to promptly offer me a gift card since the necklace is no longer in stock plus an extra gift for the inconvenience!

My package was lost so I contacted them explaining my situation. They were amazing and give me two chains instead of the one I've bought. All this to say, im very Impressed and happy!

David and Kishon were both really great. They were very timely and helpful. David made sure everything was taken care of and kishon double checked to make sure everything was in order.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a wedding ring off here, it changed colour within 2 weeks, contacted them for a refund, they wouldn’t refund as it was past the refund date. They offered to replace it but they didn’t have the ring in stock. 5 months later, they have sent the wrong ring 3 times, ignore comms for days on end and refuse to refund.
They are con artists and their reviews are clear.

Do not buy from them. Shop elsewhere

Bought one of their chains. Love it, wear it for everything and never take it off, even when running. After a year of wear, one of the welds broke between chain and clasp. Spoke to their team who sent an instant replacement under their lifetime guarantee. This is the best service I have ever received from a Jewellery supplier. Can’t thank them enough.

Craftsmanship is fantastic my husband is a mechanic and his wedding band still looks brand new postage is good normally a couple of weeks and excellent communication with the seller I highly recommend this company

Great customer service and mind blowing product

Not cheap but worth it. I like the quality and the shine on it. My chain did break because it got pulled hard during an altercation but they were able to replace it and the process was really easy and simple, I’d buy again
