I usually don't have any issue with the jewlery, its great, and the service is even better. They respond to every email, they follow up any open loops & most importantly, they keep their word. The quality of the jewelry is A1 . Very happy with it & with David & Chloe who are the ones who usually assist me. Whole team in general makes the experience worth it. Definitely recommend!

I have multiple necklaces but one of them snapped. The customer service was very helpful and even though i had the chain for a few years i got sent a replacement without any issues.

I thought I lost my package so I emailed and they got back to me within 3 days and helped me make sure it was delivered and all set. It made me feel so protected using this company and the quality of this jewelry is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It looks the exact same as when I bought it after 2 years of wearing it everyday!!

Ordered items last year and one bracelet broke, quick to replace so for that credit where it’s due. I decided on getting a new ring instead but the size was too large following the size guide on the website. Been over a week since it’s been sent back no response from emails, live chat or anything. All I’ve asked for is the credit to I can reorder a smaller size it shouldn’t be this complicated or time consuming in having to chase with zero response.
What makes it worse is I’m actually spending more to buy a more expensive product

I have been waiting over three weeks for two refunds from this company. I have contacted time and time again to be told it will be sorted. I am still waiting for the refunds to be issued.

Cheap quality &customer service sucks. Shady business because they shipped my item but never marked it as "shipped" on the website, so whenever I tried to request return authorization, the website says "your item has been shipped yet" even though I physically have them in front of me. I emailed them, they took like 4-5 days to respond each time, and every single email was literally providing me the link to the return authorization ....WHICH DOESNT WORK. UGH!!!!!

Returns are not possible and so complicated, the site doesn’t work and just some error codes keep showing up when i try to start a return.
I am in the 14 day return time and tried multiple times in the last week but i cant start a return because the return system is not working…
You cant reach anyone by phone or mail directly to help you.
I ordered for over 200€ but if i cant return items from my order this will be the last time and i wont order again.
Products are good but i am really sad the customer service is bad in my experience for such an expensive order.
Please send me some details and come up with an accommodating agreement, contact me.

I had a great experience with CRAFTD, particularly when dealing with an issue after delivery that was completely outside of their control.
As soon as I contacted their customer service team, they responded quickly and professionally. The speed at which they looked into the problem and worked towards a resolution was genuinely first class. It’s easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how they handle problems, and CRAFTD were excellent throughout.
Their communication was clear, they kept me updated, and they went above and beyond to help get the issue resolved. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers even when the problem wasn’t caused by them.
Fantastic customer service and a company I would happily buy from again. Highly recommended.

Shocking customer service. Bracelet and its replacement corroded and turned my wrist green. They then provided store credit rather than refund, without my permission and despite my protests that I should be entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, given my receipt of two faulty items.
Poor quality materials, cheap marked-up jewellery, awful support, don’t shop here.

Non existent customer service. Issues with all three of my purchased items and they haven’t once responded to my emails, I’ve sent 4 over the last 7 days and they haven’t answered a single one. Sadly I won’t be a customer with them anymore and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Defective item which I’ll have to send back instead of exchange. They send 3-4 promo emails a day trying to sell you more and give you a “special” discount but they won’t reply to emails about purchased items. Very disappointing.

Very disappointing experience with CRAFTD London.
I placed order #1018225 on April 26. The items appeared to be in stock, but the order did not ship for about two weeks. I had to contact support myself to ask where my order was. Only then did they tell me that one item was actually out of stock.
I asked them to cancel/refund the unavailable item and ship the remaining item as soon as possible. My order was then updated on May 13, with the out-of-stock item removed and partially refunded.
After receiving the remaining item, I decided to return it. CRAFTD’s return system would not let me create a normal return label because it still showed the item as not delivered, so I paid for USPS Priority Mail return shipping myself.
USPS tracking showed that the return reached the return destination within the 14-day return window, even if counting from the May 13 order update. Despite this, CRAFTD refused to refund me to my original payment method and offered only store credit. Their support kept referring to their internal “processed” date instead of addressing the USPS tracking date and the full timeline.
In my experience, this was poor customer service: delayed shipment, no proactive communication, a return-system issue, and then refusal to refund based on internal processing rather than the documented return timeline.
I would be very cautious ordering from CRAFTD again, especially if there is any chance you may need to return an item.

I got a chain and pendant and "gemstone" bracelet. It's not garbage but it's definitely something that would cost about 5-10$ to produce and not 120$. It absolutely does have that cheap look and the bracelet claims to have gemstones but they are bulk bought colored zirconia. Some people are into cheap looking jewellery,fair enough.. but the price should match. Return is also paid by the customer and takes over 3 months to be processed.
