I have just taken out home and content insurance with Uia highly recommended from my union unison . Website easy to use and clear , good price and option of monthly payment with zero per cent interest . Received all documents and policy next day policy clear and easy to follow followed by email confirmation.

I've come to UIA because I'm a union member and my previous insurer - CIS - has been taken over by a rather dodgy looking company based in Gibraltar. I was impressed with the application process and the premium seems reasonable.

Recent claim
I had to claim for accidental damage to my TV. The process was made so easy. Claim handler Dawn was so helpful in explaining claim procedure to me and my claim.was settled within a few days. I have had my policy with UIA for a number of years now and have always found the renewal process easy and straightforward.
