Took two months to get new contract details from them standing charge went from 39p to £1.40 a day and because they took so long to get me a contract and I was out they have charged £4.50 a day standing charge and they don’t state the rates on website😡😡😡😡
A lot better deals out there with honest companies

Ever since we joined UGP the customer service has always been brilliant which was very important to us. We had always struggled with other utility companies prior to this but since we have been dealing with our dedicated account manager, Thomas Knapp, we have had no issues and everything has been dealt with efficiently and he couldn't be more helpful. Couldn't recommend this company enough for great pricing and customer service.

Reece, as always, was helpful, got the job done and sorted all the background work.
