I recently purchased the Arcanax Tome…
I recently purchased the Arcanax Tome Academy and the model was missing a part. I contacted Ugeargeek and was told that I would have to pay $12.99 to receive the part for shipping. Their website clearly states that replacement parts were free along with free shipping! When I complained they just didn't answer. Very dissatisfied!

Horrible experience ordering the magic…
Horrible experience ordering the magic shop for my son for his birthday. After waiting for several weeks and having no shipping info, i was given a tracking number that also had no information Now almost 5 weeks later and after opening an incident with Paypal, they have added delivery info saying it was delivered weeks ago. It was NEVER delivered. They took my money and did not deliver the goods. Paypal is ignoring my request for a refund, saying that the company has provided delivery information...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THey provide ZERO customer service.

A Unique Hobby That Combines Art and Engineering
I changed my address while on vacation in Europe, and I'm so happy the puzzle arrived in time to kick off my holiday! It's perfect for relaxing.
I would absolutely not order from this…
I would absolutely not order from this website. My boyfriend ordered my birthday gift and the website is super dodgy, first he selected a certain colour of the model and in the confirmation it selected a different colour, after that somehow our address came out incomplete to them. They contacted us but the mail ended up in spam so we didn't see it, which I can understand sucks for them as much as us waiting for the package, but instead of cancelling the order as we did not reply, they just decided to send the package to some random address and tell us they send it to the "closest address to our address"? What is this logic? The address they put is two street names and a random house number. Overall the order was about 80 euros which I guess are down the drain now. If you want to order from this website be a 100% sure to check the confirmation and your spam, before they try to send your package to god knows where cause "Its close to your address"
Edit: as you can see Ugear replied to my comment, after the review they are trying to help us. If our package arrives on the right address I will be more than happy to change my review.
Update:
So, it turns out the autofill option the Android browser provides does not work properly with their webshop, as it somehow did not save the house number when we placed our order. Furthermore, we did not receive any compensation that Ugeargeek mentioned in their answer. They told us to contact our postal service ourselves to find a solution, but since we were not the sender, we could not change the address, and Ugeargeek did nothing to help in this regard—not even a proper apology was given.
We eventually rang about five houses and, luckily, managed to get the package as someone had accepted it. As stated, Ugeargeek did not offer any help at all and didn't even respond to some of our emails, including our request for a refund due to the difficulties and the package being delivered to a random location. The rare times they did respond, they were extremely rude and placed all the blame on us because their website somehow failed to register our address correctly.
After finally getting hold of the model, we have to say that it is of very low quality. We had to use a lot of glue to hold the pieces together, the manual looks like a poorly copied version, and—cherry on top—we received the wrong color. :)
All in all, we will never order from here again. Hope you all have a better experience!

Shipping is horrible
Ordered on Dec 12th, 2024. I realized that it was being shipped from China it would take a little bit. Purchase was 69.99 and 11.99 shipping. a little expensive for shipping but, ok. 24 days later still no delivery. I understand the holidays would hamper the shipment but 24 days and still nothing. I contact the company to request status, and they said they made contact, and the item is in route. ok still no item. I will never order from them again.
