Scammers, emails returning now... too late for them as they have reversed engineered and sorted out where they are. Just be aware that they could open up in another name.
This is not a company it's a scam. Email doesn't exist and never recieved product.
If I could complete this with a 0 star rating I would have! I ordered 2 King size Cloud Hug Linen sheet sets for $99.99. The colors I chose were Harbor Blue and Natural Chambray.
When my order came in I was so excited to see how amazing these sheets would feel. I opened it and found 2 Twin size sheet sets, the colors were Baby Blue and Canary Yellow. I tried to contact the company to return these Twin sheets for King sheets that I ordered and got no response. I tried to respond again asking for a refund and got no response. I ended up having to dispute payment with my credit card and am hoping to win the dispute.
We placed our order, got a notice about 2 weeks ago that delivery should occur within the week. On the message, I was supposed to be able to ask questions. Two days ago I asked where my sheets were.GMAIL is still trying to deliver the message
I guess I've been ripped off.
Scam! Said shipped 1/19, never arrived, not answering messages, bogus “tracking number”. Website said going out of business.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Grossly inaccurate description of product and terrible quality. The QR codes stuck on the packaging are for a completely different product.
I purchased goods worth over CAD$600 and never received anything. Fraud and theft, this business does not exist.
Attention! Scam.
Chinese fake website, the tracking is fake as well.
Luckily my credit card company reimbursed me.
they advertise "Woven from linen grown in France, pre-stone-washed for a soft feel from day one. Crafted right here in Quebec for a meticulous artisanal finish."
Order coming from China.
When arrived, what I received was polyester sheets. Super cheap quality, no label.
Tried to contact by phone and email, unsuccessfully.
No other way around to return the product.
They say they are a Canadian manufacturer. But there products are manufactured and shipped from China. As far as I can tell they are simply designed by a Canadian. The company address is a residential property in Quebec.
Still no order. Been over a month. Fake company. Coming under the name 'hoodie'
no followup. fake tracking number. has been a month, nothing moves
Ordered from a supposedly Quebec based company making linen sheets. Placed order on Dec. 6,2025. Order accepted by confirmation email. Received another email on Dec.7th saying order had shipped. When I checked the tracking I new immediately something wasn’t right because it was tracking info for a Chinese shipping company. I then contacted their customer service why they were shipping from China when the sheets were supposed to be made in Quebec. To date have never received an answer and the tracking info has not been updated. I now realize I have been scammed. I keep checking the tracking info just in case but so far nothing has changed. I have since found others that have had the same results dealing with this company. Some received items they didn’t order and others nothing. Buyers beware is all I can say
