I ordered a blu ray A-ha dvd at a great price and brand new that I could not find anywhere else.
It arrived about eight days after ordering and having just watched it I am over moon.
I cannot recommend this company enough,I do live in the UK whether that makes a difference or not i do not know but I would not hesitate to purchase from them again:-)

I have been a long-time customer of this company with thousands of dollars in orders. Until now, everything was fine with no problems. Yesterday, I placed an order and my shipping address defaulted to an identical address located in a different city and state from mine. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the error until I had hit the order button. I immediately contacted customer service online and requested that they change the shipping address to the correct one as associated with my account. I received an email reply from a customer rep named Sam stating that it was too late to make the change, as the order had already shipped. This was impossible, as the order was a pre-order for something that would not even arrive at Udiscover Music until December 2. When I replied to Sam with this information, there was no further response from Sam. Terrible customer service. Untrained, uneducated and apparently uninterested. I will not be ordering anything further from this company unless and until I hear from executive management that the problem has been resolved along with an apology for the POOR customer service.

Scammers
Scammers! I purchased a large order of LP'S & CD sent to Australia. They charged on the invoice Australian (VAT), which doesn't exist its GST! Cant be bothered to find out the correct terminology. The charge is totally wrong, goods under $1000 Australian dollars are not subject for import Tax. NO RESPONSE. Also several items are damaged due to their sloppy packaging which they charge top dollar for shipping+package. They replaced the cheapest damaged item & just ignore any follow-up on the other damaged item. AVOID!
Incompetent
Every time I order from them at least one item is not dispatched. They take days to reply and make up excuses like 'that's a preorder, it'll be sent in a few days' It was released in 2019, bit late for a preorder!
This time I used the 3 for 2 offer. Got 2 records, third one never showed up. They offered an exchange or refund, I took a refund and they gave me... $0... because the third record was the 'free' one. I only bought the 3 of them because of the offer but now I've ended up with 2 records at full price. Thanks very much udisvover.
Horrible packaging
Here is my email I sent just now:
I give up. You don’t need to send me another but I’ve complained 3 times already about this record arriving damaged so thought maybe the 4th time you would pack it better and in a better shipping box but again arrived in a horrible shipping box with no packing and arrived damaged again to no surprise. I took a video of me opening the box and knew it was going to be damaged before I opened it. You have no communication between your customer service and your shipping department. I worked in customer service and would definitely not let this happen and especially 4 times
Avoid like Covid
Dreadful company I ordered a box set which despite numerous emails they couldn't confirm if they even had it. Eventually I asked for a refund but the exchange rate changed and I lost £12 and got nothing never again!!!
Avoid!
They sell records with a promised date that are constantly moved forward in the hope that the customer will forget their order & money. I ordered Kiss ”Off The Soundboard” in May 2021, with release date June 11 2021. After the 7th(!) time with a new date, now being June 4 2022, I gave up. In the meantime, I have refrained from buying the record from other retailers and now it is completely out of the market. I will never make the same mistake again.
HORRIBLE customer service
I have purchase many vinyl LPs from udiscover but the ineptness and unwillingness to resolve this issue is just unconscionable and exhibits complete LAZYNESS and uncaring disregard for a good customer.
I purchase the Derek and the Dominos box set and in the box was a digital code number to be able to download the music. The download number did not work and so I contacted udiscover and asked them to correct the situation. A simple new digital code would have done the trick, and should have been issue to me immediately to resolve this issue. Instead over the past two weeks I have received over a dozen emails telling me that they are working to resolve the issue. They never even issued me a new download number, never had a supervisor contact me (as I requested twice), or had a customer service rep call me directly (as I requested several times while providing them with my phone number).
The biggest insult was after 2 weeks of telling me that they were working to resolve this matter they sent me an email this am telling me that I had to contact The Sound of Vinyl directly, and never even bothered to give me the contact info the I needed.
Udiscover customer service is HORRIFIC, INEPT, LAZY, and INCOMPETENT!!! After purchasing Hundreds of Dollars of CDs & LPS from udiscover I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
Go to the Sound of Vinyl directly and you can buy the same music offered on udiscover directly from them on their web site.
While I type this review I have already received a reply from Sounds of Vinyl telling me that they do not issue the download codes for LPs not bought from them, udiscover does. As udiscover has completely abandoned their responsibility to me as a customer I am now without any resolve after spending $120. for this box set.

Cheap Records You Won't Get
I ordered 6 LPs November 22nd, shipping label created on the 23rd. I kept checking when FedEx would receive the package, no changes. Emailed them December 14th, asking for an update. They responded saying that it was "lost in transit", despite it never being picked up. Reconfirmed my order, and address with them over email. Because it takes on average 5 days for them to respond, this took a month, despite prompt responses from me. Now most of the records are no longer in stock, so I cancelled my order. Similar experience to other people on this forum. I'm not sure what is happening with their company, but it seems there are some substantial problems with each chain I encountered. I missed out on other similar sales from more reliable businesses, so while the deep discount is tempting, you probably won't get your order fulfilled, and will have to go elsewhere.

No earthly reason why it takes 28 days to move a package 130 miles, customer service is a canned joke. I'd suggest you pay a bit more somewhere else and get better service and shipping. No way I'd ever order from them again.

HORRENDOUS 'customer service'. More than once I've received poorly packaged items that are damaged. Every time I've written in about them I get an initial response saying "Oh we're so sorry. We'll send you a replacement or a refund". Then I respond and it takes weeks, sometimes months to get another response much less the refund or the replacement. I should've learned my lesson the first time, but this has happened 3 times now! Terrible company!! There's no way to call anyone either. At one point I responded to an email thread three times before getting a response that took over a week....when I did finally get a response I was reprimanded by the agent for sending too many emails and told I needed to be patient for a reply. I've been patient! This last issue has been going on unresolved for a month and a half!!! My current order had it's 'label created' 3 weeks ago and hasn't updated since....
Everything was absolutely PERFECT!!
This past Thursday December 30th, I received my first order from UDiscover Music, and it was perfect! First of all, UDiscover Music is essentially Universal Music Group (UM). That's why most of the items they have available are from that company/distributor. This is NOT a fly-by-night business.
Now about the music. Everything arrived in a very timely manner, packaged well within a box. I received three colored vinyl Bee Gees releases, including Main Course, Here at Last Live and Children of the World; both picture-disc variations of Abba's Voyage album; McCartney's Pipes of Peace and McCartney II on colored vinyl; Bob Seger's Ramblin' Gamblin' Man on colored vinyl; and Ringo's Change the World 10" ep. All are awesome titles, and brand new and shrink-wrapped with no damage. Many of these titles were unavailable through my local retailers and are somewhat pricey elsewhere on the internet, but UDiscover's prices were competitive, and with their 30% off holiday sale which includes free S&H, my vinyl addiction was well within my budget to treat myself to something special after enduring all the chaos that 2021 brought. I'm glad I did place the order rather than being scared away from some of the negative reviews and will now be monitoring their store regularly for new releases. Thanx so much!!
Good sale prices and abysmal customer service
I have placed five orders with uDiscover for a total of $544.37. I kept returning to them because of their prices (the last–and I do mean the LAST–order was during a 40% off sale), which I thought superseded their less-than-adequate customer service. But no more. My last order was the worst experience I ever had, and I will send no more of my money to uDiscover. Briefly, I ordered a box set for a Christmas present. It was slated to ship by 10 December. On 9 December I received shipping notification from uDiscover. By 22 December, uDiscover had still NOT sent the package to FedEx! I emailed uDiscover three times about the issue. Each time I was told they would get back to me shortly. I repeatedly asked to cancel my order so I could purchase the box set at a brick and mortar store and give it as a Christmas present. It is now 28 December. They still haven't written me back. Yes, their prices are some of the lowest available when they have a sale; however, their lack of commitment to customer service ensures that I will NEVER shop with them again.
Very poor packaging
Been waiting for an order to arrive which it now has, and cannot believe the dreadful packaging for a £150 box set.
The item was wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and then put in a polythene bag! Need less to say, that is not sufficient packaging to stand up to the rigours if the mail system, and I now have a damaged item which is completely sold out.
Why do these big companies not care about packaging when they're selling collectors items?
I am both filming and disappointed. Looks like I'll have to return it, and be left without the box set I've waited for, as I refuse to pay top dollar for a damaged item.
I note there's nowhere to add my order number here, which basically goes to show they don't care.

When i got some offers from uDiscover, i wanted find out more about them and got so many bad reviews which was a caused for concern given i have not heard about this company before. i almost did not buy from them because of all the negative reviews, which would have been a shame. One think i notice on the internet, people like to leave negative review over positive. That is why i made a point to leave a review. I missed out on GNR Limited box because of poor reviews.
also if you packaged is damaged by shipping company, do not give the shipper the bad review.

Terrible Customer Experience
On August 19, 2021, I ordered Musiq Soulchild, AIJUSWANASEING (Limited Edition 2LP) on purple vinyl. I received the black vinyl edition and not purple. I immediately reached out to customer service to report the error, including pictures of the vinyl and a screen capture of the item for sale on their website. Emails between customer service and me went back and forth for over two months. Nobody at UDiscover would take any ownership of their mistake. All they kept doing was apologizing, and would inform me higher ups were reviewing the matter. The need for constant contacts was a waste of my time and downright frustrating. Thankfully, I was still in my PayPal buyer protection window. I initiated a claim to be refunded. Nobody from UDiscover even responded to this action. They didn't even know I was refunded initially which goes to show the incompetence of this company. I'll never do business with them again.
Horrible customer service!!!
Preordered a Christmas album. It came in a timely fashion...packed in super thin box with no cardboard backing or padding or fragile id anywhere on package. Opened the box and the sealed record was mangled. Deep creases all over from where the box and therefore, record cover, was bent all the way flush. No phone number, so sent in a request via email with clear pics. Got the ol' we'll give you a 10% refund notice. Haha, i wish i could include pics here. Ridiculous customer service. Wish i read these reviews earlier before ordering. For the naysayer post, just keep ordering. You'll run into this soon enough.
My issue is with customer service
My issue is with customer service. My Stones album Some Girls side two first song skips on the last line of the song. I could live with a move forward skip but this one gets stuck and repeats over and over. When contacted they gave me instructions to check to see if my player was the issue, “try playing another album not received with this order, if you have the same issue it’s your player”. Seriously? So twice I’ve been asked to send pictures showing damage. I don’t see damage but it sure the hell skips. Going on 2 weeks now and we are still going back and forth. Never again from these guys.
