My samsung power bot pirchased from Singapore 5 years back needed replacement of roller brush. Could find any local dealer in India. Genuine products from any country
Product genuinity, accuracy of description, packaging, shipping, delivery system - all are perfectly arranged. Though import duties, taxes are very high in India, the availability of original products in the local market is difficult. Ubuy fills this gap.

Expensive
The product is expensive and the duties that gets collected twice while placing the order & while receiving the order is just too much. As for the product not worth the price.
The set can be made even better when bought separately from others and less pricy than these guys.

Worst website to import products never recommend it, even contacted their customer care didn’t get any support they all averted the actual issue which was their delivery partner DHL which does scam with customs

Beware of UBuy
There was no warning that the product I was buying was being imported. It is now more than 2 weeks since my product arrived in Bangalore and has been held up by DHL for number of made up reasons. I would not use this company again. THEN NO REFUND AND NEVER ANY INVOICE FOR THE DUTIES! A SCAM as so many have noted here and elsewhere.

To resolve this, our support team has already provided you with the necessary declaration letter and revised invoice for both shipments. The fastest resolution now requires you to coordinate directly with DHL to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Taxes and Custom duties on the product were much more than expected.The amount of taxes & duties inclusive of shipping has been higher than price of the item .The tentative amount of such liabilities is required to be conveyed in advance so that one can decide whether to purchase or not.

Too much hidden costs
1. At the time purchase, there is no mention of import tax. Also, the import tax was caclauted for shipping charges also.
2.In addition, a heavy price for warehouse charges (>1000 INR) at local place.
3. The invoice did not mention the dollar conversion and without that difficult to get the invoice reimbursed.
