Poor service
I have three pending orders with Ubuy and have received no updates on their status. Each time I call, I’m told that the issue has been “escalated,” but there has been no real progress or communication. I had a poor experience with Ubuy in the past, and after repeated apologies, I decided to give the company another chance. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and follow-up this time has been very disappointing.
