This company is an unethical company
This company is an unethical company. I tried to withdraw my profits about 3 weeks ago. I was Promised by Billy. Anthony and Daniel. I was told that I would get my money in 24 hours. I have now gone to the Ombuds man. Please withdraw your money ASAP. There are inexperienced young people handling your account. I will post my results from Meta trader 5 and the Oumbudsman

Misleading information
The company now trades as Ubuntu Markets. They use misleading and false information to drive people to their site - used a fake news report and made themselves out to be another company (NovusX). They also claimed that one can make large returns on an investment in a short time, which wasn't the case - in fact I lost money.

I deposited R5000 on the 31/07/2024 and was allocated Viola to assist me.
She started on the on the 2/08/2024 to to a first trade. But she told me that she was busy as it was a busy day and requested me to deposit extra money so that i can join in the invent of the second of which i rekected as i dont have.
The following day she referred me to autocharts as she said my money is too little for her to assist me unless i deposit more. On the 6th she did some more trading but said it will be the last time she is calling to assist. Given that i am the first time trader i felt like she is not willing to work with me because of the amount i deposited. When i told her that i do not understand how autochart work she said i must watch the vedeos. I tried to trade on my own using some other platforms to get signals but it was so confusing and dificult. Today i told her that i want to withdraw my money as i can not continue with trading as i feel i cant do it on my own. She called and shouted at me that my account has been flagged because it must be investigated to check if i am not doing money laundering which i dont even know what is that. Can i please get more assistant and clarity as i see now that my money will not be refunded. I made a R200 profit which i got from my own trading. Yes i have lost some but the profit i made from my own attempt. What i was told when i was recruited is not what happened after i deposited the money. Viola is so rude and shouted at me like i am a child. Yes i dont have much money but i deposited the last money i had so that i can make more money to augment my salary but now i am being told about money laundering. What is happening?

I made a withdrawal of my initial deposit on Tue 21 November 2023 and still haven't received my withdrawal. They're tactic is that they have a bank problem, they still have a bank problem after 15 business days yet they accept new clients who sign up.

Ubuntu invest and citadel securities
I have invested and traded with Ubuntu invest and citadel securities with Btc trading with superb outcome weekend 1dt, 2nd, July but denial of the deposit of the profit by them pending open ended payments and claims of technical issues post sending my luno address fo the deposit. So no Btc has been deposited to current time and pending big loss of funds sent to the traders above involved.
