One of the worst bank in Pakistan

One of the worst bank in Pakistan. On email, they keep redirecting you to different departments. Remittance department is full of rude people. And to avoid getting feedback after call, they keep your call on hold at the end.

Arrogant bankers whenever I visit their branch and least helpful in resolving issues. Whenever you have issues, they redirect you to helpline and helpline redirect you to email and you get email that someone will reach out to you and it's full stop.

Worst Experience Ever

The worst bank i have ever dealt with, its been two days my account is freeze for no reason my atm card is blocked in every ATM in karachi, and whenever i call their helpline the hangup on my face....... unresponsive people running a bank

Third class service

Third class service. Disgusted by poor customer service. My account RDA:274992269 is blocked for the last one month and staff is just completely not helpful. Despite several phone calls and emails, no action has been taken. Finally I have requested to close my bank account but nobody has even sent me account closing form. I have cc'ed email to Mr Rizwan Alam Khan and Ms Humaira Bibi but they never replied. Customer service is just waste of time. They just make fake promises. They are holding my funds for no reason. I will shortly complain about them to regulatory bodies in the UK and also Pakistan. Imran Qasim

One of the worst bank

One of the worst bank, full of lazy and pathetic people from top to bottom! RDA account opening times are 2 days but they took over 4 months despite fulfilling all their requirements. Never once, I had pleasant experience with them. Their call centre staff including management is rude with zero knowledge and stinky attitude. Complaint department is literally gimmick as the same customer service staff take calls who lacks even the basic skills of listening/understanding the issues. They utter few things like parrots, i.e "problem is due to technical issue, it has been highlighted to the concerned department." No one have any idea what the technical issue is or who works in the concerned department?, reminding us the famous MQM strategy of namaloom afrad! Either UBL should close their operation as they are not capable of running a bank or should rebrand themselves as the "Namaloom bank" as dealing with them is probably the same as dealing with some thugs and extortionist of Karachi, Pakistan! To hell with state bank of Pakistan and PM IK for letting them operate as a bank and dealing with RDA accounts.
