stay away from ubl

United Bank Limited provides an abysmal customer service experience. Dealing with their unhelpful and unfriendly staff is like navigating a maze of confusion and incompetence. The pinnacle of their incompetence was when I ordered a new debit card, only to be met with endless delays and excuses. Despite 26 days passing since my request, they still haven't dispatched the card. It's clear that United Bank Limited lacks any sense of urgency or responsibility towards their customers. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding this pathetic excuse for a bank.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the call service provided by UBL Bank, hence, I give it a rating of 0 stars. Despite promising callbacks for even minor issues, the problems remain unresolved. Additionally, their Android application deserves 0 stars as it blocked my mobile banking access. Moreover, the incompetence displayed by their head office in incorrectly inputting my mobile number and email during sign-up has made it impossible for me to access my account. Overall, my

"Worst Pakistani Banking Service…

"Worst Pakistani Banking Service UBL-United Bank Limited".

In the beginning, I applied online for a digital freelancer account at UBL by hearing from a friend that it is free of all charges. Later, an Islamic Account was made. I did not use it because I didn't want to pay for the charges.
Later, I went to their Saddar branch to delete my account (which i did not apply for). But one their representatives told me that the account which I applied for is the same as the account which I have right now (i.e. both have zero charges).
So I agreed and ordered my debit card. I applied for a Master Card but I received a Visa Card.
I still continued to forgive them for yet another mistake, so I activated the card.
When I put in 3k in that account, the money vanished saying that it was the Card Charges.
I tried multiple times to remind them of the mistakes they made. I guess, they didn't want me to stay with them.
Now I can finally say that I gave up on the "Worst Pakistani Banking Service UBL".

They stole my half a million rupees and I…

They stole my half a million rupees and I called them hundreds of time... when I called them after verification they always says "Sorry but we can't do anything for you please email us" and I mailed them thousands of time. Believe me they are some big scammers and they don't provide you service they are here to annoy you. I am in UK right now and they blocked my account, card, net banking and everything so I cannot use my money. I have tried endlessly but they are not unblocking it and instead saying that we can't help you.

please stay away from them and take all your money to any other reputable bank.

UBL has no standard

UBL has no standard. Too much irritating service. I were created ASAN account in April at that time when i was try to singup digital app it shows a problem of session expired problem. And UBL coustmer care members make me ZALIL O KHWAR. Now same issue. i created another account that is FREELANCER account now from the past 35 hours am tried to call again and again to consumter service members . They are telling that we will call you back. Its means UBL have no level to resolve the problem in 4 months
So don't create account in UBL create account in Meezan or HBL or any other bank but don't create in UBL.
No standard of UBL,Third class service and digital app.

Endless Frustration and Incompetent Service - Seeking a New Banking Experience

I have been dealing with these frustrating people and their incompetent service for over 3 years now. Every time I call the helpline and ask for help with online net banking, their agents are useless, and I can never receive the damn OTP code for online transactions. I've tried a hundred times, and each time they just forward my complaint to either the IT department or, it seems, their own rear ends. I'm beyond fed up with this nonsense. I've had enough of their incompetence, and I'm definitely moving forward with another bank. They have been a real pain in the ass.

UBL roshan digital account is blacked

UBL roshan digital account is blocked. Its already 20 days. They don't know how to resolve. Worst banking system I seen in my life. Branch telling call center will resolve your issue and call center is asking to visit branch. I already submitted all required documents but they don't have any answer. They are deducted approximately 9000 for card charges. But I cannot use my money.

This is the wrost bank ever

This is the wrost bank ever. First of all the staff in ubl branch is arrogant not friendly at all. They opened my account after 1month i would go there and they would say we don't have time now come tomorrow even when they were free. Then when they opened my account they asked me to deposit some money which i did.
Then they made me wait for another week or two to get my hands on my atm card and cheque book and for activation of these two and for that i had to go to branch several times. Now after all this my ubl bank's features aren't fully accessable and due to which I can't even withdraw my amount from my atm which i deposited at the time of opening my account.
I called ubl helpline several time in last 5,6 days they would say after we cut call you'll receive a computerized call that will resolve your issue but I didn't get any call then i would call again and they would say wait another 24hours, I'd call again they come up with something new or ask to wait.
Wasted 500, 1000 balance on ubl helpline.

there should be no star

there should be no star . This banking system is not good for overseas pakistani one month ago i requested that i wana unlock my ubl digital app features so i could send money to my family but still now my issue is pending i consumed 20000 thousand rupees balance on this issue employee will never assist you he will make your call long he doesn't care about you and even you are out of country your call will drop while talking but they will not call you again . i sent many emails to ubl customers services but not responding . i will advise to new comer please be aware if you are going to be overseas don't choose this banking this is only in pakistan if you left pakistan then forget it i am really really disappointed .

07 february to till now my issue is pending today i called again i put 2500 hundred rupees balance but call disconnected because he took much time and then he didn't call back . we didn't open this account for just watching balance

UBL HOLDING MONEY FROM 86 YEAR OLD LADY

I have been trying been trying to re-open an my mother's inactive account.Pakistan branch said visit a UK branch and they will instruct you.Put her in wheelchair took her to the nearest branch 1 hour way.Filled a form and they said they will send to head office in Karachi. 3 months later I went to Pakistan branch but account still inactive.I called head office they say we have not received documents but UK branch saying we have sent...So I presuade UBL to email me form because my mother cannot travel and we will email you the form.I emailed them the form this time they said we cannot accept because this email is not registered so please post to head office. Ok we posted to head office and I have proof and I call them they say we have not received...and finally they say tell your mother to visit the branch...this whole episode is more than 13 months. UBL know that she is very old and they are making very difficult for her to access her account.
Customer services personal have no common sense what so ever.One person say do this the other will say do something else..I have everything on emails. Any senior manager can take a look at my emails and you will be shocked at the incompetence.

United Bank Limited is the biggest scam in Pakistan's banking industry

United Bank Limited is the biggest scam in Pakistan's history. They looted my money and never returned. I had some money in my account. First, they held that amount and didn't allow me to use it. They kept it for few weeks and later on, withdrawn that money to their own account. They never responded me to inform me about the reason of this amount hold and withdrawal without my consent. They still owe me 15,000 PKR which they took from me fraudulently. I will for sure sue them in the court of law and they will be held accountable!

Never trust them!

One of the worst bank ever in my life.time wasters.block internet banking for no reasons and requested 4 days a go to reopen my netbanking but still no response.excuse we are very busy.if you are very busy so why you are giving 24 hours to customers to solve the issue.dont lie and you should tell truth the customers and should solve the issue asap.your application is the worst application in this world.and you have a rude staff over the phone aswell, i dont know how you r running your bussiness.
