Excellent service
Extremely good service. Deliveries are made in a pre-arranged time slot of one hour. Problems dealt with promptly and efficiently by courteous staff. Replacement for a faulty component arrived the following day. All in all very satisfactory. Have placed a second order with this exemplary company.

Poor condition of goods
I ordered the large tumble tower for £50.
Unfortunately the item was dusty, and the zip to the bag was broken. It was for a Christmas present, so I did not have time to return the item. I simply cleaned it up as best I could and have the receiver of my gift the option to return. Which they declined. Very disappointing.

Hi there. Thanks for bringing it to our attention that there was a fault with the storage case of the item you received and that it was dusty.
We pride ourselves in providing high quality products and would therefore happily provide you / the receiver with a replacement bag for the tumble tower. All our products are stored in a modern warehouse and should not be in anyway dusty but I will be sure to take this matter further with the warehouse to ensure it doesn't happen again.
