Very poor customer service, 2 occasion's missing items in delivery and no refund approved, give up will never use Uber again, customer representative dealing with my case rude and unhelpful, was called Ankita.

Absolutely horrendous. Food took an hour to be delivered, Im 1.7 miles from restaurant then driver picks up multiple orders and proceeds to pass my house to deliver other orders and when food turns up is cold. Uber account deleted.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app.. uber eats were given the delivery, multiple times I tried to contact the driver whilst the McDonald’s app was stating he was 2 mins down the road.. even went out looking for him and nowhere to be seen.. back and forth on chat with multiple advisors, ended up with no food and the resolution was a refund issued and will take up to 15 days!! Disgraceful customer service and no food!! At home poorly and tried something quick and convenient but all it’s done is cause more stress!!

Delivery was delayed and driver had to make multiple stops and deliveries before mine .uber eats support poor cu service just felt like they don't really care. Are not prepared to reimburse one product that was revolting poor customer service attitude and experience..
Out of date chocolates
I placed an order through the app for three Ferrero Rocher gift boxes, only to receive items that were six months out of date. I was genuinely appalled. I contacted Uber Eats and provided photographic evidence, but after several back-and-forth messages, they only offered a partial refund.
This has left me out of pocket for an issue that was entirely outside of my control. I remained polite throughout and simply requested a full refund, which I believe is entirely reasonable given the circumstances. Receiving expired food is not acceptable, and I don’t think it should ever be treated as such.
Despite this, Uber Eats refused to issue a full refund, which is extremely disappointing. The overall service I received was well below expectations and lacked the level of customer care I would have hoped for.
I’m sharing this experience so others are aware and can make their own judgment. Unfortunately, this has affected my trust in the service, and I will likely be cancelling or limiting my subscription going forward.

Delivery drivers are coming to deliver food with extremely dirty deliveroo bags and just eat bags. I have seen so many of these bags being left overnight on streets attached to bicycle racks where rats are running in and out of them. The standard of delivery drivers who deliver food inside these dirty bags are alarming. It’s very unsanitary

Will give -5 stars if I can. They retroactively doubled the price of my order from Morrisons and refused to refund the difference. There was no charge by weight items. They literally just removed the applied discount after the order was confirmed and then refused to return my money.

I ordered £20 worth off food and it said that it was delivered and it never was when I got in contact with uber they said that the driver had delivered my food and would not give me a refund or anything to help me with I also had to go through 4 different people to even get anywhere as all the other people where just saying they could even see my order just a joke

Ordered food and the delivery driver had another order at a restaurant near where my one was being cooked, the driver drove to the first order and then cancled my order. I then had to wait for another driver bear in mind the food was already cooked at 16.22pm, they found a new driver but he was 10 minutes from the restaurant and then another 10 from my house so by the time the food got delivered to my house it was 17.10pm the food was freezing cold and wet from condensation, the food was unsafe to eat as it was sat on the side for over 50 minutes.
I contacted uber eats who offered me a £2 refund and then a £3 refund even though the food was cold due to their driver cancelling the order while he was there and then having to find another driver.
Absolutely ridiculous do not use!! Will be contacting my back today for a refund and taking this further

I placed an order with Uber eats using a 50% promo code and saw the price at checkout with the deductions and paid. Later I noticed that I had been charged the full amount without the promo code applied. I contacted Uber eats and they said that the promo was for a specific store, which was the exact store that I had ordered from and they refused to refund me and did not give any explanation as to why they didn't apply the promo, even though I saw it was applied and was not given any warning of it not applying. I can see from other reviews that I am not the first person this has happened to recently. I have cancelled my uber one subscription and I will not be ordering here again. The customer service is disgusting and very unhelpful.
