I was a little afraid before taking the course as I am not native in the language and needed to learn lots of new information and the terminology. I believe uav8 was my biggest chance in this case because their way of teaching is very smooth and clean. The course covered all the questions in the test and I completed my A2 CofC exam with success with a very calming host. Thanks Mark, Baz , Barry, Nick and the team!

Brilliant course. Being new to drone flying there was a lot of information to take in on such a short course but the instruction by Baz and Nick was second to none. The day was both interesting and informative and i would highly recommend UAV8.

Look no further than UAV8 if you are thinking about obtaining any drone related courses that meet the latest EASA requirements. My daughter and myself obtained our PfCO’s three years ago and it was my first exam for decades. I need not have worried as we both passed with flying colours with 93% and 94%. Baz, Mark, Nick & the other instructors were fantastic. Being ex-Military Apache pilots/trainers, their training methods and knowledge is second to none.

We recently had our OSC renewed to full CAA Operation Authorisation, at no cost. Why would you look elsewhere? We will be booking any future courses with UAV8.

I can not recommend this company enough. having done my Pfco elsewhere, I wanted to do FIxed wing, these guys are excellent, from the offset, drop them a message and they will respond as soon as they can. I started to message them about the training before the pandemic hit and although its taken a while to schedule the training (through no fault of UAV8) there has been regular updates on the situation. Having now completed the Fixed wing assessment with them i am looking forward to continuing my training with the GVC course in the near future. Really can not rate them highly enough, their, professionalism, Knowledge and teaching ability are top notch.

Did what it said it would do on the tin. Brought me back up to speed again with the changes. Comprehensive with a good delivery as you would expect from real professionals. Having previously done one course with them I had no hesitation in coming back for another and nor would i hesitate in coming back again and would advise anyone reading this to think the same. I was looking for a bit of assistance in developing my Ops Manual in preparation for starting up a family business with my wife. I have previous experience with standards and manuals and knew it was achievable on my own but with the right expertise would be a lot easier. After doing a bit of research and getting quotes from other RAE’s I decided to go with UAV8. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to others and I found that Barry was very down to earth and knowledgable when I needed questions answered. Without the assistance of UAV8 the process would more than likely have ended in a couple of failed attempts in gaining approval from the CAA. I would highly recommend that you contact UAV8 even for just an enquiry, I am positive you would have the same experience I did. Acceptance without a major headache! We all know how confusing the ANO can be when it comes to Drones!
