the red mulberry I bought showed up…
the red mulberry I bought showed up packaged very well, pristine. the tree was a bit spindly though. I planted in a good spot, and watered well and it took off. I had to put a very substantial stake in the ground however, because it is windy in south texas. after a few months, one side of the top V died. then, the deer got after it rubbing their antlers on it and killed it halfway up. it has since come back from lower branches, but that was a large set back. it's still going, but down at the ground
