Quick, efficient and reasonable
Definitely recommend

Didn't get the 5 stars simply because of the extended wait BUT still dealt with within three hours late at night so can't say fairer than that. Very speedy service when he got here, good communication, good response time, overall very happy thank you

Lucky they got one scammed me out of 30 then told me to download some app and transfer 150 which turned it into Pakistan money I cancelled it scammers be aware

I had a really great experience with Tyremates. They fit us in super quickly and on a Sunday for a tyre repair on our mobile catering trailer. That's not something everyone can do and I really appreciated how communicative and kind they were throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the service we needed and did their best to give us the best pricing possible. Exceptional Sunday emergency service — they rescued my wife and children

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Fastlane Servicing / Tyremates.

My wife was travelling from London with our children, stopping near Nottingham before continuing onward to Scotland, when she suffered a puncture. On further inspection, a nail was also found in a second tyre, meaning both tyres needed replacing before she could safely continue.

The incident happened on a Sunday, when most garages were either closed or operating with very limited availability. My wife and her brother tried to find local alternatives, while I contacted Kwik Fit, Kwik Fit Mobile, Halfords and several other providers. None could offer a same-day solution due to stock issues, lack of availability or poor communication.

Fastlane was completely different from the moment we contacted them. They responded straight away, provided a clear and competitive quote and gave an honest indication of the expected arrival time.

Once we agreed to proceed, they remained easy to contact and kept both me and my wife updated throughout. This was particularly reassuring because I was not travelling with her and was trying to manage everything remotely.
The fitter arrived within the advised time frame and replaced both tyres quickly, professionally and efficiently. The entire process was straightforward, well communicated and completely stress-free.

Without their help, my wife and children may have had to stay overnight, incur hotel costs and delay their onward journey to Scotland. Instead, Fastlane came out on a Sunday and genuinely rescued the situation.

From the person who handled the initial call to the fitter who attended, the service was exceptional. Reliable, responsive, professional and extremely easy to deal with.

We are incredibly grateful and would recommend them without hesitation. A genuine five-star company.

Absolutely brilliant service, I was stuck and needed a new tyre, obviously not many options on a Sunday afternoon but these guys were so efficient with their prompt response and quickly came to my home and fitted the new tyre..

We needed a tire changed on a Friday out of work hours and they were fast and great price

took a little longer than expected to come, however the man was very lovely and went out to get more parts needed for my car.

Big mistake using this company. Mucked me about from start to finish for an overpriced service. Never again
