I ordered the Create Illusion Earrings and the Acropolis Illusion Earrings. When they arrived, the backs didn't fit. I emailed customer service asking for new backs, and they said I would have to send pictures.
That is poor customer service. I didn't even bother.
Stay away from this company! I ordered 2 pairs of earrings & when they were delivered the other day, they looked nothing like the pictures of their website. I contacted Rimora & they offered a 20% refund because these would have to be returned back to China. It’s a scam!!!
Purchased earrings on the 9 June. Received them on the 18th June. Earrings are faulty so reached out to Rimora. Have received multiple promises that the issue is being resolved but today it's the 2nd July and still no resolution. How hard is it to either replace or refund. Are you a scam company?
