It was an amazing experience. I, like the ease with which I could select the tyres from wide range brands. I could compare the prices and features of various tyres. When I reached the shop for fitment it was a breeze as my tyres were ready and fitment, balancing and alignment took just half an hour. Do try this portal whenever you have the need to change tyres.

Very worst customer service, can't be trusted
At first instance, going through website content I found it very interesting and was appreciating the thought the TYREMARKET has put in to extend service in blossoming Tyre Market.
A very catchy thing I noticed was with the price match guarantee, I happened to compare with a big international brand and their marketing strategy.
It all came down heavily as when I opted to take their service. All website content is fake, there is no such price match guarantee, inshort there is no policy in their organization. I posted emails, reminders (about 10 in qty), no executive even tried to contact me. I reached their call center (about 6-8 times), it was strange, executives (even senior executive) were not even aware about.
Unfortunately, till now the query is unresolved.
Price match claim was as below;
I had MRF Nylogrip Zapper (2.75 18 Requires Tube 42 P Front Two-Wheeler Tyre) in the cart with best priced at 1,359 Rs (without Tube), whereas online (https: //www .mrftyresandservice. com/tyre/275-18-tt-zapper-fs ) and offline same tyre cost me around 1,425 Rs (With Tube).
MRF tyre is at around 1,425 Rs along with tube whereas your best price is 1,325 Rs without tube. Tube cost around 250-300 Rs, so I believe your price should be best matched to the competitive price.
Till date no reply or satisfactory answer, atleast they must had replied with thir patented statement " this product does not fall in our listed category where we can provide price match"
Very worst customer service, can't be trusted, even with the content they are displaying on the website is all marketing gimmick.
Forget about price match guarantee, basics of communications should be followed by TYRE MARKET

Cheaper tyre and free upgrade with very proactive service
The tyre that I bought cheaper than dealers in hi-tech city, Miyapur and KPHB area but unfortunately that make was out of market and only next level of tyres were available which were costlier, they gave me even those tyres at absolutely no extra cost. I'm sure they didn't make any profit in this deal but still I was surprised to find them so proactive in their follow up and timely in service. Happy about the whole experience.
