My third Tyne Tech Experience. Replacement capacitor and battery on HP laptop. Email exchange with Manager Ali, shop and repair experience with Adam, all managed efficiently, friendly, and successfully.
All visits have proven similarly. Totally recommended from someone who does not normally leave or necessarily believe such reviews. Nigel

Friendly staff at our handy Gosforth branch fixed my sons mobile broken screen and camera after he dropped it. Parts ordered and fixed quickly for a fair price. Great local service.

Needed a new screen protector, simple job they dealt with very efficiently. Had a quick chat and was in and out in about 3 minutes. Absolutely reccommend!

I went to tynetech to ask for assistance with my broken screen. The guy at the shop was very and friendly and provided me with advice free of charge.

My laptop was damaged, I told the staff I needed it back asap due to university assignments and they managed to fix it on the same day!

Was recommended by work colleague he bit unlucky with tech has been more than once. So calls in on Monday explained situation your man called mak says give me half and come back. So wonders back give or take and its fixed no hassle no mess stuck to agreed price no nonsense. Can see why its so recommended.

i have start by recomending Tyne Tech these guys are are just truly amazing they went above and beyond to repair a very tricky problem with my Mac,, i was kept up to date with the progress they had made and when something else went wrong i was informed straight away they found out exactley what was causing the problem very quickley the prices are the best anywhere loverly polite staff who make sure the customer is happy dont bother going any where else these guys realy are the best

Can’t even begin to explain how amazing these guys are! After attempting to get my laptop fixed elsewhere and ending up with a completely broken laptop I entered their store worried and stressed about my macbook. They immediately knew the situation and proceeded to quote me a price (much cheeper than anywhere else) with no additional cost! This is including the time and effort to fix the damage made from the previous shop I’d been too.

Their selflessness meant that my laptop was not only fixed for its initial problem but also corrected to make sure any damage made by the previous shop was also sorted (which ended up taking them 2 extra days, and 11 more part). I will make sure to sing their songs of praise as their technicians are some of the best Ive ever seen! And their kindness to fix a problem that wasn’t theirs to fix will not go unnoticed !

To add, they gave me double length of warranty (6 months rather than 3) just to make sure all damaged caused by the previous shop is covered!

Just had 2 phones fixed by the guys at Tyne Tech, the service was excellent and the price very reasonable, each phone was fixed within an hour. Would recommend highly for any phone problems.

Been to Tyne Tech twice in 2 days for different phones. Excellent service both times, the guys stayed back late to fix my iPhone, nothing was an issue for them.

These guys are the absolute best. I smashed my phone screen and my insurance couldn't repair it without wiping my photos, so I was desperate to somehow access and download my files before sending it off. Everyone told me it couldn't be done until I came here. With no fuss and for a very reasonable price they temporarily fitted a new screen so that I could back up my photos, and then spent ages helping me get my sim card to work after my phone was repaired by my insurance. Really great guys.
