Posted an enquiry for a new website...was hounded by Jeremy. Paid for a website design which was never completed and never received.

Last correspondence was nov 2020 regarding our dog website. Never received a reply. Started in January 2020 when I first made a significant payment.

Updated: I didnt receive any phone calls nor replies to my emails. I had to source another designer to make good our existing website as couldn't afford to contract a whole new website design after paying TYMedia. A complete waste of our money!

The website from three years ago is now that out of date that it is redundant and, as stated a complete waste of our money. We made two payments as you have confirmed. We received no replies to our queries and whilst it is great for you to reply back on here offering the product we paid for it is too late as it will now be outdated!

TyMedia completed a brand new website for us as our old one was outdated and needed a revamp. They were very quick in response to any changes or queries we had and the deign team was very helpful! We would recommend them to anyone that needs a new website and will be using them in the future for any additional work.
