Great Support for a Custom Design
He been really happy with the customer service. I wanted to make a few changes to the furniture design that couldn’t be done through the website, so I first got in touch via WhatsApp. They then forwarded me to the technical/design team, and I exchanged a few emails with Kaska. She was very helpful and responsive, and we were able to make all the necessary adjustments. Now I’m just looking forward to receiving the furniture exactly as we designed it! 🙂

I’ve purchased several pieces and I’ll definitely continue buying from them because the quality and style truly stand out. Delivery can sometimes take a little longer, but the end result is always worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Tylko are brilliant
Tylko are brilliant. I have bought a number of units from them and have only ever had one issue, rapidly solved.
Packed entirely in recyclable cardboard, but very well protected, their furniture is brilliantly easy to assemble, with an excellent individual manual and everything clearly labelled.
When assembled, the furniture looks great and is robust and sturdy.
I can't recommend Tylko too highly.

Would recommend
Very easy design process and accurate rendering.
No problems with delivery (arrived sooner than announced and tracking system works perfectly)
Assembly posed no difficulties - manual was very understandable. Box and 'Click' System made the whole thing go down smoothly. We encountered just one hick up after fixating the cabinet to the wall (the upper most shelve panel did not fit and we had to remove the door hinges but no biggie)
Looks like expected. Matt White finish, is a little more 'fragile'. Looks elegant. Door handles are integrated nicely. Easy levelling.
All in all the price-quality ratio of the product is entirely to our satisfaction. (To be fair, we ordered during a sale. We know costume made designer shelves have their price. We just hope it is made worker friendly ... that's why 4 stars)
Now we hope, that it will have a long life.

Very Smooth Process
Very positive experience from start to finish. The configurator on the website was easy to use and allowed lots of flexibility in creating the shelving we wanted. Ordering was easy, with excellent levels of communication about lead times. Shelving was delivered on time by two guys who installed it efficiently and then left taking all the packaging with them. Shelving looks exactly like it looked in the configurator. Very, very happy with this company.
