Every time I place an order I get an email saying oh if you place an order we will include gift of toffee bits or something and in all three of my orders I’ve never received a single gift/ product at all so kinda sucks

Hello KY, Thank you for leaving us this message so we can help! Each of our email promtions for our VIP list include a "promotion code" that must be enetered at checkout for the gift to be activated. We list directions as clearly as possible in every email, including the bold print and also the fine print. Since our VIP offers are only offered to subscribing customers, the offers are not automatically aciviated at checkout, and are only activated with the code. I ordered 3 different toffee, the milk, hazelnut and fireball and they were all amazing!! So different to each other but one was better than the next. There was nothing about these I didn’t love and shockingly the fireball was my favourite!!

It was delivered very quickly. I also had specific delivery instructions that were followed completely. I ordered some for my dad's birthday, he loves your toffee. The ordering process was very easy. I have no complaints and I can't think of anything you could've done better. I don't even like toffee but your product is delicious.
