Delicious toffees and great customer service, thank you 🙏🏻

I placed an order on February 24th and after 3 email requests and a voice-mail message, I have yet to hear any response. I think that they've gone out of business because their website is no longer available. I'm contacting my credit card company to get a refund.

While their product is excellent, their customer service is abysmal. I placed an order on Feb 24. After 3 emails and a voicemail, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. In fact, 2 Brothers have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. Maybe they will read this and respond. One can only hope.

March 15. Still no response. Saw another review where customer couldn’t get a response. Something is going on with this place. They better get their act together.

March 11. I noticed that there are 3 other reviews since Feb 2024 from customers having issues and receiving no response from 2 Brothers. Seems to be a trend.

I have been a customer for many years now

I have been ordering toffee from you guys for quite awhile. I can now no longer order a variety of toffee and my account only allows me to order one kind at a time charging me for shipping on each one. Look at my latest order. I have emailed you several times about this and asked it to be fixed and have even called and left messages with ABSOLUTELY no response. I believe this to be my last order as I cannot get a hold of anyone and shipping charges are killing me. My family may love this toffee but it’s not worth it in the end.

I appreciate being able to taste the product before making my decision about what to buy.

I ordered 3 small packages as gifts for friends on Valentines Day. I received them in plenty of time and the shipping package was very well packed. Unfortunately, none of the 3 flavours I received were what I had ordered. I’ve written and sent a photo to the email listed on the website. I have not had a reply but I’m sure this is a busy time. The toffee is delicious. I received some as a Christmas gift.

The toffee is VERY good. However, unfortunately, it is too expensive to be purchased except on special occasions.

This is the third time ordering. That should tell you something! The texture is perfect- not hard or stale. Beautiful flavor! Soooo much better than "store bought". Small local businesses can be the best

This is the best toffee in the world. Please make available again the larger bag of dark chocolate toffee.
